Impecable stay. The pictures of the property do not do justice as the house and surroundings are much more spectacular than what one can initially see online. Florentina also was wonderful in every aspect of our stay. Very helpful with tips of the area and readily available for questions on the operation of the house. Will definitely come back

We loved our stay in this beautiful Cannigione countryside retreat. The sweeping hill-and-sea views, generous indoor-outdoor spaces, and stylish Sardinian décor made it perfect for our group of friends. Having multiple seating areas, plenty of bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen meant everyone could relax in comfort. The location—just a quick drive to supermarkets, beaches, restaurants, and shops—was incredibly convenient. A special grazie to our property manager, whose local recommendations and help arranging a boat day added so much to our experience.A few suggestions that would take an already lovely stay to the next level: A guide to the house (especially for the A/C, lighting, and appliances) would be helpful, as we had some challenges with the air conditioning and needed assistance on more than one occasion. Routine pest control could improve comfort around the spaces, especially near the pool and several bedrooms. Clearer labels on switches and some support for the Wi-Fi would also enhance the stay. Guests should know a car is necessary here.We enjoyed the villa so much we extended our trip—proof of how special it is. With a few improvements, this stay could easily go from very good to exceptional.

Our property manager was very attentive- thank you! Pros: The villa itself is in a wonderful location and has beautiful landscaping. Someone put a lot of thought and care into the trees and bushes. They are truly lovely to look at. We appreciated the special detail of fruit and water upon arrival. Thank you! The manager was kind and communicative. Cons: In the photos & amenities listed it has an outdoor grill, but we were notified the patio grill was not to be used. That should be taken off the amenities and photo. I wish more attention had gone into the cleaning :The linens and shades have some stains that were off putting. Floors turned my socks and feet black.The synthetic fragrance and perfume diffusers all over the house were overwhelming. The crazy number of wasps by the pool were annoying so we didn’t use the pool on some days. I would recommend anyone staying to get a wasp trap or try repellant so you can enjoy the pool. Apparently wasps are drawn to pool water. Now we know!Overall, I wish it had been cleaner and that the grill could have been used but we appreciated the specialness of the location, beauty of the setting and the friendliness of our host.

The house is only accessible via a 1.5 km dirt track, which is what gives it its charm. Cannigione is 10/15 min from the house by car. The house is perched on top of a hill in the middle of the Sardinian scrubland. A splendid view (except for the abandoned house) over the maquis and the sea. The house is very large and well equipped. A deep-cleaning would be desirable, but is still acceptable. The telephone network is almost non-existent and the 4G key is not very powerful. The good thing is that it allows you to disconnect from your phone. In brief, a quiet and restful stay.
