VILLA NICE SAN VITO LO CAPO

In San Vito Lo Capo in Sicily ... you can admire a beach of fine white sand, turquoise sea as far as the eye can see ... this is the heavenly panorama that can be enjoyed from Villa Nice. Located a few steps from the center of San Vito Lo Capo.
The accommodation
The villa is on two floors connected by a scenic staircase located in the living room, there are three double bedrooms with air conditioning, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, suitable for hosting 2 adults perroom, in particular the bedrooms on the on the first floor the beds can also be arranged separately, as double rooms, (normally there is a maximum of 6 people in the villa).
There are also two toilets, one on the ground floor with a bathtub and the other on the first floor with a shower, and an equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge.
Externally there are terraces, of which the largest of about 50 square meters is equipped for the barbecue with tables and chairs, there is a garden that continues along a belvedere on the mountain side from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of all San Vito lo Capo.

I am at your disposal at no additional cost n. 2 well-identified parking spaces in the common entrance area shared with two other villas where there are other dedicated parking spaces (from June to September all the streets of San Vito have blue stripes with paid parking spaces)
Other things to highlight
The villa is 150 meters from the center and 100 meters from the beach (Costa Gaia marina - beginning of Via Savoia) is located in a promontory with respect to the town and can therefore be reached via an uphill road
