San Vito Lo Capo (TP), bright first floor apartment, crossroad of via Piersanti Mattarella, in a quiet area, close to the central via Savoia. It is about 900 meters from the splendid white sand beach, easily reachable on foot in a few minutes, or more comfortably by taking advantage of the free shuttle bus service, which stops on Via Piersanti Mattarella, a stone's throw from the apartment.
In the immediate vicinity there are all kinds of shops, bakeries, markets, butchers and restaurantswhere you can taste the renowned local fresh fish. On Tuesdays and Fridays, in the same street, the traditional local market is held with the sale of clothing and typical gastronomic products.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of:
 large living room with balcony and double sofa bed;
 a double bedroom (plus a bunk bed) equipped with a Vortice ventilation system with ceiling blades and air conditioning;
 a second double bedroom equipped with 8 air conditioning;
 equipped kitchen with balcony;
 bathroom with shower box.

All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The apartment is also equipped with fridge-freezer, TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, umbrella.
The rent is included from Saturday (start of stay at 16.30, unless otherwise available) to Saturday (end of stay at 10.00).

The price includes: consumption of utilities, initial and final cleaning. The apartment is not suitable for pets.
