Stayed Jun 25, 2025Overall the property fit all of our needs. It was located in a great area of Mondello to where you could access the beach and restaurants quickly. The view was amazing! The place was outdated, but VERY clean and has everything you need. On the weekends especially, the parking lot was used as a hangout for local kids who hung out on their motorcycles and drove the parking lot all night long. No one bothered you, it was just loud and obnoxious. The host was great and responded very quickly to any question or recommendation we had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Mondello area.

Stayed Apr 16, 2024Property was huge with lots of room - bathrooms good size but showers are quite small Bedrooms good size with comfortable beds Mondello can get windy so there is a lot of natural noises from the wind (and shutters can bang) Lovely terraces. SUPER location and convenient to everything. On site parking! Overall great location and value for money!

Stayed Mar 20, 2024Spacious villa, amazing views, close to store, beach, restaurants and bus station. Host was lovely, responsive and helpful. Beds were a little hard, but doable. Bring a wine opener! There wasn’t one in the house or to buy at the store.

Stayed Oct 8, 2023This vrbo had plenty of space for the four of us (two couples) with a great location and incredible views. Our host, Francesco, was very attentive and professional and for our initial foray into Sicily (and our initial two nights) this place suited our needs. Overall, however, the place could use a few (OK, more than a few) repairs and upgrades. Ironically the owner could readily command a much higher rental fee if these were pursued!?

Stayed Aug 24, 2023We were 3 couples; very spacious house, walking distance to grocery store and beach. Parking very accessible. Amenities in house need updating e.g. towels are very worn out, several light bulbs out, shower upstairs had no hot water. Not really enough glassware and dishes for size of group.
