Stayed Dec 31, 1969My friends and I had booked this property for one night prior to attending a New Years event within Canggu, as we thought our original accomodation was too far away on the busy balinese roads. Upon booking, we received 0 correspondence from the owners of the properties, and were hence not available to get into the property to fulfil our stay, thus leading us to walk home to our villa in Seminyak, 7km away. The phone number on the listing is fake, and after contacting people from neighbouring site Vrbo (who facilitated the booking through Expedia), the other phone number they had listed for the villa was also not available to be reached, making it impossible to reach the destination, hence being helpless in our position as a consumer. We are currently in talks to get the refund for the property back, as there was no way possible that we were able to receive what we purchased. We highly recommend taking this listing down off the site until the issues are rectified so that the same issue does not happen to any other travellers. Thank you

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The owner contacted me in French confirming my reservation and told me the exact address would be sent to me after I landed. Once I landed I received no information from the owner and they did not answer my requests for help on the app. I tried calling but the number listed for the owner is fake and missing a digit. The address on the listing took me to the street but nothing looked similar to the property on the ad and I didn't have a house number or contact information. After a week of attempting to contact the owner to receive a refund I have never received any help from either the owner or VRBO. Do not book this property. And I will likely not be using VRBO again.
