Stayed May 1, 2024The house was nice, with a lot of privacy, and located very close to the beach. We loved the smell of the pinetrees. We were with 4 people. I have no idea how more than 4, let alone 10 people, would fit comfortably in the small sized livingroom if you have to spent evenings inside the house (like us, as it was too cold in the evenings to sit outside). The house has a nice atmosphere, but overall it was not very clean and too many things didn’t work properly (e.g. tv, lamp for going upstairs, toilet flush). No microwave as stated in the ad. I know it’s a personal preference, but the mattrass in the master bedroom was way too firm for us. Michela was communicative and friendly and offered to fix all the things that weren’t working.

Stayed May 27, 2019Michela waited for us long in the night, because we landed late in Cagliari. It was not easy to find the place, because the car navigation, as well as google maps, showed wrong place. Michela finally came to us to show us the right way :) We -- two families (2+2 and 2+3) -- were there for over one week. The house is well equipped in a good style, well prepared for a hot season (the garden and the house itself are mostly in the shadow). The kitchen (with the fridge) is only downstairs, but the stove is also outdoors. The basic stuff for cooking is provided (e.g., salt, olive oil, oregano, coffee, sugar, etc.). The sea is very close. We had cars and with the car the location is very good. There are some public buses as well, so if one wants to stay mostly at one place it is probably also not a bad choice. Overall, Michela was a good host and I strongly recommend staying at her house.
