Villa Monticello - Cape Coral Luxury Waterfront Home 3 Bed 3 Bath Heated Pool

Myself, 1.5 year old, my two sisters and my mother-in-law had a great and relaxing stay here! Beautiful property & the hosts were so kind!

I just can't say enough good things about our stay at Villa Monticello. Starting with my first communications with Lori ...she responded quickly and kindly to my questions. Our flight was delayed twice so it was dark when arrived and the keyless entry made it so easy to get in and get settled. The home is just stunning! It has everything one could hope for in a vacation home. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed super comfortable...and the bath's his and hers sinks made me so happy! The kitchen was a cook's dream...Lori has equipped it with everything someone like me who loves to cook could ever hope for...and we cooked in our first 5 nights! Another couple joined us for the remainder of our stay and they loved the privacy of the other bedrooms and bath on the opposite side of the home. The pool area was gorgeous and we hung out there reading our books and relaxing in the heated pool...Lori even called to check in on us at one point to make sure the pool was heating properly. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and everyone we met was super friendly. We went out for dinner 3 nights...once to Micelli's and twice to Lobster Lady which you shouldn't miss...it's a long wait for a table (2 hrs 20 mins the first time) but it is truly worth it. I'm so happy we found Villa Monticello and would love to come back! Thank you Lori!!!!

Accomodations were excellent. Amenities were abundant. Communication and check-in was superb. View was unbelievably peaceful. Would love to have stayed longer than a month.

My husband, our three teenagers, and myself spent a week in this well appointed home. Our stay was perfect. The house is absolutely beautiful. The outdoor space is the reason we chose this home, and it did not disappoint. The house offers two kayaks and two bikes. We had two more kayaks and a paddleboard delivered by Cape Coral Kayak. They were so professional and friendly. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding around the area. We took a couple of kayaks to Sirenia Vista Park (10 minute drive) in the back of our truck. It was beautiful. We drove to Ft Meyers one day to Lovers Key and went to Sanibel a couple different days. Both are about a 50 minute to an hour drive. If you don't mind a little drive then this is the perfect home for you. We didn't mind because we took the doors off our Jeep all week and stored them in the garage. Rick communicated well and answered any questions we had. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Wanted a place to chill and relax with the kids and this was the place. Fully stocked with all you need and more besides. Beautiful home with great outdoor space. Loved the gym space as well in garage. Wasn't expecting an airdyne so that was a treat. Kayaks, rods, smoker, grill, etc. etc....top notch rental. Owners super responsive. Gonna miss my morning coffees looking out at the water.

Rick was very responsive to our needs, and even turned up the pool temperature for us, during some chilly evenings. The neighborhood is new and beautiful, great for walking and biking. It is a bit away from stores and restaurants, so we had to jump in the car a few times. We rented a pontoon and it was great to be able to tie up right there at the dock for overnight.

The house is beautiful in the photos but it is 10 times more perfect in person. Pool is perfect, location is nice, small drive to restaurants. The canal is clean and not crowded. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and spacey. The kitchen was full stocked plus extra needed things! Host was super responsive and there was a surprise small gym space in the garage. There were 6 of us and we all had a blast.

This was without a doubt the nicest home we have ever rented. We have been coming to Cape Coral for the last 5 years and this home is by far the best. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The house was very clean and appears to have been decorated by a well qualified professional. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and even left the pool heater on for an extended period of time to try and off set the cool weather we experienced. The TV was great and provided all the channels we needed. The location was a little further out than where we normally stay but still beautiful. Would highly recommend.

The place is great. Very well equipped with everything you need. Outside pool area is very comfortable. The host is very responsive and accommodating.

Stayed as 3 adults. We felt blessed to stay in such a beautiful property. The Bently’s thought of everything you would need in the kitchen to prepare anything. The master bed was so comfortable for both myself and my husband, and we never agree on comfort of a bed when we travel. This was a huge bonus for us. The patio was nice to relax. Restaurants, grocery and shopping were all about a 10-15 minute minimum drive. Nothing within walking distance. Owners responded quickly to any questions we had. Very quiet place. We enjoyed it very much
