Designed across approximately 150m², Viila Mirethiax offers a refined yet welcoming retreat surroundedby landscaped gardens filled with olive trees, vines and fragrant herbs. The interiors are thoughtfully arranged to host up to eight guests across three bedrooms, combining comfort with understated elegance. Expansive outdoor terraces and a private garden create inviting spaces for dining, relaxation and uninterrupted views across the Aegean, stretching towards Mykonos, Delos, Rinia and Syros. Guests also benefit from access to the complex’s impressive infinity pool, while select villas within the estate feature their own private pools.



The villa is fully equipped for a seamless stay, with a modern kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, entertainment systems and laundry facilities. Families are well catered for with baby equipment available upon request. Hotel-style services enhance the experience, including reception support, housekeeping and maintenance, while additional services such as breakfast, private dining, wellness treatments and curated activities can be arranged subject to availability. Viila Mirethiax forms part of a wider estate capable of hosting larger gatherings, from intimate celebrations to events of up to 300 guests, offering a unique setting for special occasions. A security deposit will be required prior to arrival, and while pets may be considered on request, additional charges may apply. Smoking and events within the villa are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed between 14:00 and 17:00 to preserve the peaceful atmosphere enjoyed throughout the complex.
