The villa is located just 3 km east of Maro and 5 km from Nerja, a picturesque town famous for its crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea, dramatic cliffs, and golden sandy beaches. The villa features a spacious terrace to relax and admire the sea, a fantastic private pool (8 m x 6 m, depth 0.75–2 m), and a barbecue area with an oven, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors in a unique setting. Inside, the villa is bright and spacious, decorated in an elegant classic Andalusian style that blends comfort with traditional charm. The large living room invites relaxation, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a smart TV with apps such as Netflix, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The kitchen is spacious and independent, fully equipped for guests’ convenience, including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils.



The villa has three comfortable bedrooms: one double and two with two single beds each. There is a bathroom with shower, sink, and WC, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub, sink, and WC.



The property has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
