The villa is located on Ladera del Mar which is one of the most prestigious urbanisations in Nerja which is immaculately kept with beautiful floral displays and has a fantastic communal pool and surrounding grounds.

Our property itself is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom villa with its own private pool, gardens and AMAZING sea views to the east, south and west. The villa is positioned to received the sun ALL day. The sea can be viewed from ALL of the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen, which makes it fairly unique. All bedrooms have balcony/garden access. There is a roof terrace off the master bedroom which offers wonderful sea and mountain views and is great for stargazing late at night. We have safe off street parking for several cars behind locked gates. We have a large games/cinema/play room providing entertainment for all ages when the sun gets too hot.

Sleeping 8 + 2 small children, the property is ideal for large groups of friends or family. We have lots of facilities for children. There are 100s of films for young and old. There is WiFi, a high quality table football and pool inflatables . We also have 2 cots, 2 highchairs, and a play area in the games/cinema room with many toys including dolls with dressing up clothes, a blackboard, Duplo, a train set, a fire station, cars, lots of games, books, infant toys, beach balls, buckets and spades etc.

In addition to the 4 bedrooms there are also 2 folding beds (suitable for small children only) which can be used in 3 of the 4 bedrooms or the lounge if preferred

This is a year round holiday location. There is air conditioning for the summer months and heating for the cooler evenings of the winter. All of the bedrooms have hairdryers. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and second fridge freezer (which is handy for larger families and well located for poolside drinks and ice creams!)

The nearest beach is within easy walking distance (5/10 minutes) with bars and restaurants. The charming town of Nerja is a short bus ride (1 euro, hourly except during siesta), a 5 minute drive or a 25/30 minute beach/road walk away. Nerja is lovely, full of charming shops, restaurants, nightclubs and beaches. A taxi is around 6/7 euros in the day and 8/9 euros in the evening.

Malaga airport is 45 minutes away, a water park and golf is 20 minutes and the ski slopes of the spectacular Sierra Nevada just 75 minutes. There is plenty of recreational, historic and cultural attractions very close by including the fabulous Caves of Nerja.

Please note that in order to receive the fantastic views the villa is at the top of a hill and has several steps up from the car park area. Therefore, it MAY NOT be suitable for people with impaired mobility.

We highly recommend taking out travel insurance at the time of booking in case of illness as we do not offer a refund on any monies paid if you need to make a cancellation.

A wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the villa were breathtaking. The villa was exactly as described.Tony's communication from booking was excellent. John on arrival was great. A font of knowledge for the local area. We were allowed an early check in time which was perfect for us but as communicated did impact slightly on the cleanliness under the sofas.Overall an excellent 5 star villa. 5 star location. Great hosts. We will definitely be returning.

Great home for a larger group with stunning view. Everything we needed was in the house except for a normal coffee maker. Enough bathrooms, large kitchen and a clean pool area with an exceptional view.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The accommodation was terrific, first class and top notch. There was more than enough room for all 8 of us. A touch of class which we all enjoyed. Our family ventured out to Nerja on 3 occassions, you really do need a car, however the local taxi service is efficient and cheap €5 each way. The pool is fantastic which we all took advantage of. I would definately book this villa, you will ha e a smile on your face all holoday 5 star plus. Amazing

Beautiful villa with amazing pool area and stunning sea views. The accommodation has everything you need, communication with the owners beforehand was perfect and thanks to John for meeting us on arrival, very helpful and friendly. The walk up the hill to the villa is steep which we walked a few times but generally got the bus from the bottom of the hill into Nerja and a taxi back. Our group was two families of four and we all had a fantastic holiday.

We had a great time in this lovely villa - very spacious and extremely well equipped. Comfy beds and lots of outdoor areas to use in a beautifully looked after garden. The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished. Well designed space giving separate areas for large groups. Really well equipped with everything you need for indoor and outdoor dining. Spacious with the master suite at the top providing additional privacy. We all enjoyed time in and by the pool.

From the word go out hosts could not have been more helpful . The Villa is all it said in the description and more and the best equipped place we have ever stayed in . Perfect for a partial self catering holiday with family ranging from baby to over 80 . Although possibly not suitable if you had mobility problems . A few bars in walking distance and hundreds in Nerja . Tony’s recommendations are well worth trying particularly the tapas .
