Villa Minoas - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10

My family and friends (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 under 11) really enjoyed our stay at Villa Minoas. The villa really is lovely with plenty of space.The view is great and the area is really quiet. A car is a must! Negatives;- Charging for air conditioning in the living room seems a bit of a reach considering the price of rental. - The description says there is a safe. If there is one, it’s a very safe safe as nobody could find it!- Whilst there is a bath, there is no bath plug, so you can’t have one! - You can walk to the beach, but it’s 20 minutes by foot. - Overall, the villa is lovely and clean, however it would benefit from a bit of TLC. Some of the lights outside have blown, the pool repairs could do with finishing. The rail closest to the pool is loose. The sun beds are on their way out and could do with replacing. Even with the negatives, we all really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

The villa is even nicer in real life. Was in a beautiful, quiet area. The pool was loads of fun and enough bathrooms for ever3.

We had the most amazing time in Villa Minoas! The villa was spotless, and had more than everything we needed, wonderful grounds, pool, sea view, everything! We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool and the kids also loved the pool and played there all day long. Plenty to do in the local area. Walking distance to tavernas, bars, groceries, and the beach made our holiday unforgettable. Overall a perfect property and a perfect location, we loved it and we will come back for 2 weeks next summer.

Great location away from hustle and bustle. Easy to find and easy to get to Latchi fir all the water sports etc. Sun beds at villa are dated and weren’t enough usable ones for whole group as broken ones in underground storage and not replaced. Beautiful villa location and sunset views .

We marveled at every detail around every corner. The villa was really stunning! When we did venture inside the villa, it was clean, smelt lovely, and was restful at night. The pool was a real extravagance to us and we used it every day and loved sitting around it at night when it was lit up. Just a few minutes walk and you are at the center of everything: beach, tavernas, bars, supermarkets, and bakeries. We loved our time in Cyprus and we will return.

Overall we had the perfect holiday and really enjoyed it. Its always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. Most of the time, we spent in the outdoor area, swimming in our private pool, sunbathing, and preparing meals. Also, the views from the terrace toward the sea were superb. We visited the Baths of Aphrodite, Akamas, and also Kremiotis waterfall and spent an amazing time together. The agents and staff were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. Thanks!

The villa and the area were perfect for my family. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Excellent swimming pool with a sea view! We enjoyed a memorable sunset while sitting on the terrace and watching the sea. Nearby are some restaurants with really tasty specialties. While we were there, we took a boat tour and enjoyed the beauties of the western coast of Cyprus which can not be missed while you are there. We will come again!
