Villa Māha Iti 1 - Little Villa w/ Private Pool

We tell your team about mice living in the house, eating Our food and leaving poo everywhere and you did nothing, also you tell me you would chive us a compensation and you are not answering anymore.

well situated for the things we wanted to do, privacy and pool were so good!

This private Villa is modern and well equipped if you want to be self contained. The full sized fridge and cooking facilities are great. The small pool is amazing and the overall property nicely kept. It’s very close to the main road so you will hear traffic. It’s located only a short distance from the Village and short drive to the public beach. The property team are incredibly easy to communicate with and were so helpful.

We are 3 friends that decided to stay in the Villa, each sleeping in different beds. Pros - The location is near Tipaniers Beach, walking distance - The pool - very refreshing after a day of snorkeling at the beach - well equipped kitchen - well maintained garden Cons - the size is not enough for 3 adults, it is better for couples or 2 people - not enough space to leave your luggage - no air conditioning at the deck, as it gets really hot even with a fan - deck stairs is uncomfortable - responsiveness of the host was low during the weekend Overall our stay was ok, except that the deck was not cleaned when we arrived, some bed sheets were replaced as they were not washed properly and a few items in the booklet were not provided (umbrellas, snorkeling gear, beach blankets,some amenities like salt and body wash)

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful house and felt very much at home. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Great communication with Ranitea and perfect location close to Les Tipaniers and many amenities. We can definitely recommend Villa Maha iti 1. Mauruuru roa!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maha Iti 1. It is a beautiful villa with everything you need. Location is great - super close to a grocery store and not too far from some restaurants. The outdoor area is great with the pool being a highlight. Highly recommend this villa!

This was a perfect, secure, location away from the port. Beautiful drive to the home, with several great eating spots around! I would definitely recommend this perfect spot to any couple.

Wonderful private villa in a private residential area. Great location & brand new fully equipped building. It has everything you need as do all of the properties Ohana Management manage. Jade is an excellent host & we can’t wait to stay again at their properties!
