Villa Melima offers a well-balanced layout designed for comfort, privacy, and relaxed living. The home accommodates up to six guests and features three spacious bedrooms, eachfurnished with a king-size bed, providing a high level of comfort for couples or families traveling together.



The open and light-filled living area creates a welcoming atmosphere and flows seamlessly into the dining space and the fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and sliding doors connect the indoor living areas with the pool deck and lake beyond, allowing beautiful water views from multiple rooms throughout the home.



In addition to the main living spaces, the villa offers a separate game room with a foosball table, providing a relaxed area for entertainment. The overall design is modern and tasteful, with carefully selected furnishings that create a fresh, calm, and inviting atmosphere throughout the property.

A car is recommended to explore Cape Coral and the surrounding area comfortably. The central location allows easy access to beaches, Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Fort Myers, and other popular attractions.
