Stayed Feb 10, 2026We had a wonderful time at Villa Matija. The location is stunning. We spent many hours on the deck and in the pool. The house was well set up and very comfortable. Tom and Jessica were very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. It was a great week

Stayed Jan 14, 2026The host, Tom, was excellent. He met us at the airport, even though our flight was 2 hours late, and lead us to the Villa. The views of Brewer's Bay from the deck are amazing. Villa Matija was welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. From relaxing by the pool to breakfast and dinner on the patio, we enjoyed every minute. Tom was quick to respond to questions and requests. He gave us some great suggestions for adventures and tips to make our stay even better. We highly recommend Villa Matija with Tom and Jessica as hosts and Tortola is a beautiful island getaway.

Stayed Jan 6, 2026What a beautiful, relaxing spot to vacation! The views from the deck were amazing. The home was well supplied and the host was quite responsive. Tom provided awesome restaurant and activity suggestions and was super responsive.

Stayed Nov 25, 2025Great location. Nice and quiet & private. House needs some maintenance…. Many doors, screens, and windows don’t shut, which allow bugs and sounds in. Fixtures / kitchen well equipped. However NO Hot Water throughout our stay. Owner said solar was out but failed to mention that we would have no hot water during our stay!

Stayed May 13, 2025Great stay from start to the end! Great location and unbeatable view. Easy access to Brewers bay and Cane Garden bay. The House was very clean and well maintained which is tough in a tropical environment. The host Tom met us in Road Town and guided us to the house, which was much appreciated! We had no issues or concerns during our stay, I highly recommend Villa Matija!

Stayed Jun 25, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Tortola. The hosts met to escort us to the house to ensure we found it. The house was well stocked with anything you need. We especially enjoyed having breakfast with the best views we found on the island. We would stay here again if our travels bring us to BVI in the future.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Loved the property/location! 5 min drive to the beach at Brewers Bay. Great outside space at the house with amazing views- particularly sunset! Tom was a great host- our plane in was late and he was great about meeting us later to take us up to the house. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped! Pool was awesome as well! Easy to get into Road Town for provisions/shopping. Perfect location if you like quiet and peaceful!
