Fantastic villa brilliant location ! Clean well laid out and very private !

Had a great stay in a cracking villa with fantastic sea views.

This was our fourth time in Moraira and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. The photos are a very accurate representation of the property which is extremely comfortable, well equipped and with enough space for a large family or groups of friends. The pool area is great and the open plan kitchen / dining/ living area is spacious and very nice.It's a short walk into town taking only around 7-8 minutes so the location is excellent and the area is very quiet and safe.

Great villa only issue nowhere to leave luggage had to vacate the property at 10.00am and flight changed by Ryanair to 20.10. Would of been nice if we could of stored luggage even if for a charge.

A fabulous family holiday. Villa and pool had ample space for the family and children. Close to town a beach.

Really enjoyable week at the villa, 2 families with teens. Lots of space, great facilities and an ideal location for walking into Moraira/ beach - some hills but nothing drastic. Area was quiet and felt very safe.

We genuinely could not recommend this villa enough. The hosts were fantastic at communicating with us and so helpful, providing us with recommendations for transfers from the airport and places we could eat with my daughter who is coeliac. The villa is ideally located to the town and has the most amazing views. It was immaculately clean and Rasa, the housekeeper, was lovely, so welcoming and helpful. There were lots of things for playing in the pool and genuinely everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Don’t think twice about booking. It’s amazing!!!! X

Stayed here a couple of times now. Beautiful villa. Amazing location just a short walk into town. Housekeep Rasa was fabulous and kept in touch to ensure all was well. Will definitely be returning as we love moraira and found this villa a great location.

The property is perfect not only the villa the location as well, great that the rooms are separated giving a bit of privacy if required. Rasa was great and replied almost instantly, communication from the owners was also exceptional. Thanks and will be booking again. Antony

From the moment we arrived it was a 5* experience. Rasa greeted us at the property as we arrived early so we could leave our luggage while we explored the area. She was very friendly and responsive by WhatsApp when we had a minor issue with a sink (which was also dealt with promptly). The villa was very clean and well equipped. Our 3 groups were spread across the 3 floors which worked really well, allowing privacy but with a fabulous communal area. The pool was amazing and we sunbathed there every day. There is not a single fault, it was wonderful and we were all sad to leave! Moraira is a small town but very lovely with lots of shops and restaurants. The walk is only 10-15 minutes and the area felt very quiet and safe. We would all love to come back again one day. Thank you!

Couldn’t fault anything, up there with the best property we’ve stayed in. It was so well equipped, clean and great location. The hosts had thought if everything and they actually put money into it rather than just a basic holiday let. Would recommend to anyone.

Wanted something walking distance to downtown Moraira…5 min walk was perfect! Property…modern, impeccably clean, kitchen fully equipped, amazing pool and outdoor BBQ prep area, view of Calpe you can’t beat!

The house had everything to make our stay comfortable, everything you could think of was available. Comfy beds, well equiped kitchens, nice pool and great views. Change of linen and towels weekly. Good communication with the cleaning lady, thanks Rassa! We had several guests and they all whished they could stay longer. And so did we.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this fantastic property. I don't know where to start: Plenty of place to relax by the pool, the great dining table with the spectacular view, short walking distances to the harbour and supermarkets, but actually you just want to stay at the house, because it is so nice. Great recommendation!

The photos don’t do this villa justice. The villa worked perfectly for our family holiday with the split living over the three floors allowing everyone their independence. They had everything you could need and you could happily spend the week without venturing into to the town if you wanted. We regularly walked into town which took no more than 15 minutes. Some of our party weren’t able to do the walk, but access by car was easy. Moraira offered ann overwhelming amount of restaurants. Could have easily spent another week there. We had a 2 year old with us and found the villa and the town to be very child friendly with lots of parks and crystal clear beaches. Would definetly recommend to anyone with or without children. Could not be faulted.

Everything you could need for a fabulous holiday! Villa clean and very well appointed. Walking distance to beach and town. Communication with housekeeper was second to none ?

Great holiday

Best villa we have stayed in. 7 people in total - 3 teens and 4 parents. Standard of villa very high. Town great. Walking distance to town. 3 girls (17, 15 and 14) could safely explore on their own. Food in restaurants good and lovely area. Supermarket close by. Great to have beds changed and bathrooms cleaned after a week. Would highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! We will definitely come back!

The Villa is wonderful, we had a lovely time here, and hardly moved away from the pool for the first few days. It is a simple down hill walk into the lovely town. I would recommend it, and we may well be back again.

This is a high spec property. Everything we could want for 8 people. Very spacious on three levels. Ideal layout for us and our three grown up children and their partners.
