Stayed Jan 22, 2019January 2019, 2 adults and 4 kids. This place was spectacular. We were greeted late in the evening (in English) by Madame Ferrett who gave us a tour of the beautiful villa and provided us with local rum and fruit juice for the kids. My husband and I, and our 4 children, had plenty of room for sleeping and living here for 9 days. This new construction is well appointed with a perfect flow for indoor/outdoor living. The pool was perfect after long day on the beach...they even had an outdoor shower to remove the sand. A shaded, private path led directly to Le Diamant beach, and a 15 minute walk along the beach got you into town for bakery, shops, food store, and restaurants. We felt safe with a gated parking area and private outdoor space. There was some noise from construction (which we expected as they are finishing building) and some noise from neighboring properties with dogs, but, overall it was a quiet and peaceful property - and you can hear the waves from the yard! We would highly recommend and we can’t wait to visit Martinique (and this property!) again.
