This traditional Provençal-style villa provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the South of France.



With 350 sqm of living space, five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and generous living areas spread over two floors, Villa Madeleine comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.



Main Floor



The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area, with breathtaking views across the rolling countryside all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. Large windows create a wonderful sense of space and bring the spectacular scenery into the heart of the villa.



A fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, where guests can enjoy al fresco dining, a BBQ and pizza oven, perfect for relaxed lunches and long summer evenings.



The master bedroom and a second double bedroom are also located on this level. Both are air-conditioned and feature their own private bathrooms.



An air-conditioned mezzanine provides an additional flexible space, with a home office and sofa bed, which can be made available for children upon request.



Garden & Pool Level



The garden and pool level offers a further three air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are interconnected, making this level particularly well suited to families or groups travelling together. One of the bedrooms also features a sofa bed.



A second fully equipped kitchen, complete with air conditioning and Sonos sound system, makes this level ideal for relaxed days by the pool, with everything you need close at hand.



Outside, the pool and Jacuzzi can both be heated upon request, allowing guests to enjoy the facilities throughout the season. The beautifully designed outdoor spaces include two al fresco dining areas and two comfortable lounge areas, providing plenty of space to relax, dine and soak up the Mediterranean surroundings.



The upper terrace is equipped with electric awnings, offering shade whenever needed, while the garden-level terraces are naturally covered, creating cool and inviting spaces throughout the day.



Unforgettable Views



The villa's panoramic views are truly exceptional, stretching from Cap Ferrat all the way to the Esterel. The ever-changing Mediterranean landscape provides a mesmerising backdrop from sunrise through to sunset and is one of Villa Madeleine's defining features.



For added convenience and entertainment, the property offers ample private parking, a Tesla charging station, and a table tennis table.



The charming village of Tourrettes is also within walking distance for those feeling energetic - approximately 20 minutes on foot.
