The most perfect house!!!

One of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. We booked this house for a bachelorette party and I have 0 complaints. Miguel, Lorena and the entire staff are fantastic and met every single need. They reply quickly, cover every thing you could need while visiting Cabo and at very reasonable prices. Thank you so much!

Villa Luna Nueva exceeded our expectations for our group of 8 for a bachelorette party. The house is absolutely amazing with so much space and a Sonos system throughout. The photos really don’t do it justice. Lorena, Isela, Miguel, Rodolfo, and Jesus were so amazing and attentive. Everything was cleaned daily and service couldn’t have been any better or easier to set up. The house is located close to downtown, though a little farther from the nicer restaurants in other resorts. Easy to go back and forth though with private transportation (or an Uber). I would absolutely stay here again, but would do chef service more with Rodolfo - his food was better than some of the fancy restaurants we went to. Truly an incredible stay!

We loved our stay here and kept saying how the pics don’t do this place justice! The staff were all so amazing and our chef Marisol was AMAZING we loved her. Lorena was so helpful in getting everything set up like a bartender, prestock items, and transportation set up for us so we were able to relax the whole time. The only thing to make note of is the water pressure is very low - could be the area in general, but otherwise no complaints

Excellent location, house and communication.

Our family of 9, including grandparents, parents and 3 kids (aged 5-9) spent 10 days at this incredible place over Christmas. We couldn't have asked for more! Everything from our airport pick up to our departure was handled effortlessly. The house was furnished with every detail carefully thought out and the response of the management was so quick. This was the first time we've ever had a personal chef when we've vacationed and I must say it was a game changer! Not only were Manuel & Marisol excellent cooks, they were fun and friendly and willing to accomodate any of our food wants & diet issues. Every day we had fresh ceviche, guacamole, salsa & pico de gallo. I think we could have survived on that alone but the quality of the meals left us all satisfied - we even brought a few extra pounds home with us! The housekeeper was wonderful too. She was very accomodating to us being around the house while she was trying to make up the bedrooms and the main living area. We spent most of our time at the house, pool & hot tub with only a few trips to town or the beach. We had one issue with the hot tub not warming up but they were right on it as soon as we notified them and fixed it immediately. We would love to come back and hopefully can make it a part of our family Christmas vacation rotation. Or maybe we can convince a few of our friends to book a trip together with us. Thanks again Mark & Brian for your beautiful home and for your wonderful staff. Our 5 year old granddaughter asks almost daily if we can go back to our house with the pool and her cousins.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and comfortable when we arrived. We were greeted with lunch and margaritas from the awesome chefs. The home was big enough yet so cozy for family and friends. We Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise every morning within steps from the home. And the sunset views were amazing! The home was in such close proximity to downtown which was wonderful for walking, coffee, meals and shopping. The service was impeccable and our pre stock of groceries was available upon arrival. When we didn’t use the services of the chef we were able to order in with no problem. This Villa will definitely be our go to for our annual Cabo vacations!

We celebrated a bachelorette party and it was such a great experience from the moment we walked in the door, They helped us decorate before we arrived and have welcome drinks and snacks. Pt was a perfect set up with bedrooms/bathrooms and we Loved hanging out and playing games on the upper patio and to watch sunset! The staff was very helpful and friendly! We def enjoyed having a chef everything was delicious. Would love to come back if ever in Cabo again. the front gate Security was great never an issue with getting an uber or checking in.

Mark and Bryan have an amazing property accompanied with world class service starting immediately upon booking. I would highly recommend this property or any other owned by these two based upon our experience. I booked the villa as a surprise 40th Birthday for my wife. Everything I needed or could ask for was provided to me on call. From transportation to restaurant recommendations to the chef’s meals. The chef was AMAZING. My guests raved about her meals and quite honestly did not want to go out to eat as her food quality and taste were far superior. Thank you to Mark, Bryan, Vanessa, Lorena and all the others who helped make this trip an experience of a lifetime.
