Angel and Oscar were beyond amazing, they took care of us so well and were so responsive and on it as soon as we needed anything.

Amazing place! Stunning views! Pictures and videos don't do it justice! Each room is so big, it is like a separate apartment.

Villa Lorena was fantastic! Beautiful design (especially the ceilings), fantastic pool w/hot tub and fabulous view. Also, it’s a quick 5 minute walk down to the beach.The process from initial booking to checkout was great. Kimberly took care of things pre-arrival and our villa manager, Hector, was there to greet us with margaritas. He was also available 24/7 to handle things like taxis, maintenance etc. I don’t think we waited more than a couple of minutes for a response from Hector. Our villa housekeeper was also fantastic. She took care of everything including folding our clothes which we didn’t expect. We highly recommend the taco and margarita bar party we held at the villa Friday evening. The food was fantastic and the two ladies who staffed it were lovely. You can set this up through Cabo Villas. Thank you so much to all Cabo Villas staff!!

We loved everything about this house! Check in was nice and easy, as was check out! We felt right at home and were able to relax for a few days! The view was beautiful and the rooms were big!

Villa Lorena is a beautiful home with beautiful views that dont get enough attention in the house summary or reviews. The floor plan of the house was perfect for our group. Young adult men had the 2 jack n jill bedrooms, our daughter and her baby took the casita. The pool and hot tub were prefectly wonderful. Sliding the chairs, loungers, or tables were a little loud in the casita while baby was trying to sleep. All personale that we were in contact with were wonderful and helpful. The cleaning lady does a fabulous job! Walking into town and back was an adventure!

What a nightmare. 12 hours before our 6am flight out to Cabo we were notified there was a category 3 (which strengthened to a 4 the day we arrived to Cabo) hurricane off the coast of Cabo and all the models showed it would be a direct hit. Panicked of course, we called Cabo Villas customer service and pleaded with them to please work with us in either giving us a partial refund or even rescheduling to a later date - it wasn’t about the money we would have been fine to come back another time this was about our safety and yet, customer service told us no, saying unless force majeure was in play there’s nothing they can do. They kept down playing the storm saying don’t worry it will turn etc etc, and given we’d spent about $10K between the villa, flights and activists we felt forced to continue on with our plans. The lack of concern for our safety and well being from the customer service team at Cabo Villas was incomprehensible. We’re from FL and are no strangers to hurricanes, but being in a foreign country during a storm like this and not knowing how it would play out was terrifying it felt like a joke to the customer service team. I know no one can control or predict the weather but the sheer lack of concern or willingness to work with us even to reschedule our already paid for vacation to any other weekend from the Cabo Villa team was so disgusting. 10/10 I would not recommend this vacation rental company and will never stay with them again. You’re better off at a hotel.
