The host arrived to welcome us and brought yummy treats. The view is amazing and the place is large. We were able to use the wall heaters and propane heaters. Great place to stay overall. The driveway is narrow, but we had no problems.

Our week was excellent. there is some building works going on next door at present. The home was very comfortable and very well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa very much. It has all the facilities to make the most of our stay. The owner was always available to answer our questions. The easy access to the beach and the large terrace facing the sea were the highlights.

We all decided that this is the perfekt place for doing vacacion together. It doesn't matter when it rains because the House is allready enough, but also the sorrounding is divers and beautyfull for doing walks. We've been there without a car and everything is possible!! Thanks

We recently enjoyed 10 days at this wonderful property and feel so very lucky to have found it. Everything from start to finish was extraordinary: the stunning view from the terrace, the comfort of the layout and furnishings (in the house and on the terrace), overall cleanliness, proximity to private beach (just a few steps through the gardens and down a few stairs, not steep at all) as well as to Palermo, Cefalu, and other terrific day trips - and most especially the kindness and responsiveness of the host Paola. We have travelled throughout Italy, staying in some truly memorable places, but this property is probably our favorite, much thanks to the care and attention provided by Paola. We were staying with our young adult children (mid-20s) and the accommodations were perfect for everyone's needs, affording privacy but also great space for large dinners together (we were joined for a few days by Italian friends, a family of 4). The kitchen is big and comfortable for cooking, with lots of supplies, and there is another small terrace off the side of the house with more seating, a clothes line, and grill. The terrace is the highlight of this beautiful home - enjoy your caffe latte at sunset, and cocktails as the end of the day, it can be hard to tear yourself away from this relaxing space! But it is Paola who really makes this property five star, what a terrific host. She was so accommodating and kind when we arrived a full day late (thanks to missed connection in Zurich), making sure to have food waiting (including delicious local pastries). Very much appreciated, as we were exhausted by the time we arrived. She provided excellent information as our arrival date approached and was extremely responsive during our stay, offering recommendations and answering all our questions promptly and enthusiastically. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest, simply decorated, and very comfortable. There is no AC, but ceiling fans in every bedroom more than sufficed (in mid-Sept). The layout - with the large main living/dining area flanked by two bedrooms/one bath wings - allowed privacy within a very open space feel. The area was quiet at night (expect for the wonderful surprise of fireworks/local religious festival on our first weekend) and we enjoyed regular walks to the nearby lighthouse at Capo Zefferano. We hope to return one day - grazie mille, Paola!

1.We were not told that we would be sharing the Villa with other people.!!! 2. No HOT water in the kitchen 3. No drinkable water, only bottled water. 4. Barbeque area was the dirtiest we've ever seen not usable. 5. Misinformed about other amenities: a. transportation b. restaurants within walking distance c. grocery store within walking distance

The host could not have been more helpful. She was always quick to reply to messages and welcomed us on the day. The villa has everything you need and more and felt like a lovely home. Access to the beach was fantastic along with everything you needed for the beach at our disposal

First of all Paola the host is an absolute gem of a person. Very kind and very helpful. The villa is absolutely gorgeous. The views from the terrace are spectacular. The house is in a good location for trips to nearby Porticello, get the sausage from Ernesto, Aspra, Bagheria, and a short train ride to Palermo. There are the ruins of Sulanto on the mountain above the property for a sweet and scenic hike. When I come back to Sicily I hope I can stay at Paola's villa. Ciao!

Our first trip to Sicily could not have been nicer. Paola's home on the sea is absolutely fantastic. The views are incredible, as is the beach access and sea. The home is well designed with two bedrooms and one bath on both sides of the house, separated by a large family and dining room, making it perfect for two families traveling together. Many restaurants (great food) are within walking distance, and the town is friendly and welcoming. Paola met us at check in, and also at checkout, and is a delightful host. We hope to return one day and spend a month (instead of a week)!
