All windows have new mosquito screens.
The first floor opens onto the garden view with a spacious and bright living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher.

The bathroom features a toilet, shower stall, and sink.

On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the garden and a magnolia tree, featuring a circular ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The second bedroom has a bed, plus another pull-out bed of the same height (IKEA Brimnes), a view of the garden, a flower-shaped ceiling fan, and air conditioning.

The third room is smaller and serves as a home office (for those who bring work home or work remotely).

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower stall with a chromotherapy spotlight for your well-being.

Since the villa is designed with your well-being in mind, we chose not to include a TV.
