Stayed Aug 27, 2022Absolutely amazing property, with all the amenities and space we could need. Air con was very good and pool area lovely. The plants at the property are gorgeous also! Easy to access the property and in a good location for shops, restaurants and beach - I’d still recommend getting a car, there’s lots of space for one car on the drive and you can also park outside of the villa too. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The villa was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The robes & sun lounger towels were a nice touch. Airport transfers were arranged for us at a reasonable rate and the key was easily accessible via the key safe when we arrived. The driver even waited for us to access the property before leaving and La Mer Homes were easy to contact with queries during our stay. Air conditioning throughout the villa, a safe for our valuables, WIFI and a good range of TV channels were available with no extra cost. There was a pin code barrier to access the complex by car and although the area was quiet, we did feel safe. The villa is more private than the photographs show as the shrubs/hedges have grown much taller. A car is a must, as the location is a bit out of the way of bars & restaurants, but there are plenty of taxi companies in Pernera & Protaras if you're venturing out that way and don't want to drive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very comfortable villa with all amenities ! Reality is better than at the picture, especially garden - which now has its full privacy thanks to dense bushes. Much appreciated to customer service- all requests been resolved without any delay! Nothing!
