The two apartments feature three cozy bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and two bright living rooms with satellite TV – ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a peaceful retreat.

In a separate cottage by the pool, you will find a summer kitchen with a fireplace grill – the so-called Dalmatian taverna. Designed in a modern Dalmatian style, it includes a kitchen, dining and living area, and a toilet. Perfect for gatherings with family and friends.

The villa is only 2 km from the beaches and the center of Makarska. A restaurant (1 km) and a supermarket (1 km) are easily accessible. Private parking and Wi-Fi are included.
