The villa was created for people who travel together and yet wish to enjoy their personal retreat. Two tastefully furnished double bedrooms, a cosy children's room with bunk bed, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, 3 parking spaces as well as a separate studio with kitchenette and bathroom offer generous space for families, multiple generations or friends. The villa and studio are rented exclusively together, creating an exclusive holiday home with plenty of room for shared experiences and private moments.



The Mediterranean enclosed garden forms the heart of the house. Palm trees, fragrant plants and sunny terraces surround the private, secure pool and invite you to start the day relaxed or wind down with a glass of rosé in the warm evening sun. Whether a shared breakfast outdoors, long summer evenings by the pool or quiet hours with a good book – here you get the feeling of having arrived.



Only around 400 metres away, you will find the stunning Calanques of Saint-Aygulf – small, sheltered coves with crystal-clear water, which are among the most beautiful natural spots in the region. From here, the famous Sentier des Douaniers begins, one of the most spectacular coastal hiking trails on the Côte d'Azur. Between the red rocks of the Esterel Massif, turquoise sea and shady pine trees, impressive views of the Mediterranean open up again and again.



Stroll through the traditional weekly markets of Saint-Aygulf and Fréjus, discover fresh fruit, aromatic herbs, regional cheese specialities, olives and lavender or enjoy the morning in one of the small cafés by the harbour. The historic old town of Fréjus, the promenade of Saint-Raphaël as well as the coastal towns of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez invite you to varied excursions.



The pool is open from: mid-April to mid-October.
