❤ HEATING:

The heating season in northern Italy runs from 15 October to 15 April. The temperature on the premises must not exceed 20 degrees Celsius, as required by Italian law.


❤ COOLING:

The apartment is equipped with a cooling system. Starting on 1 May 2022, the new regulations on radiators and air conditioners came into force. The minimum temperature allowed indoors cannot be less than 25 degrees.
