Villa la Leccia is an elegant residence nestled in the hills of Massarosa, in the province of Lucca, ideally located for reaching the famous seaside destinations of Versilia, including Viareggio, Lido di Camaiore and Forte dei Marmi.

Surrounded by an enchanting forest of pine, beech and strawberry trees, the property offers a private and rejuvenating atmosphere, perfect for those wishing to enjoy nature without giving up the convenience of nearby beaches. The private park extends along the hillside, offering charming views and a pleasant sense of harmony with the surrounding landscape.

One of the villa’s highlights is its elegant raised panoramic terrace in teak wood, furnished with a dining table and designed for enjoyable outdoor moments, from leisurely breakfasts to summer dinners. From here, guests can admire beautiful views over the Viareggio coastline and the picturesque villages below.

Descending through the garden leads to the private pool (6 x 8 m, depth 2.20 m), open from May 15th to September 15th. Set within a peaceful green setting, the pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, deck chairs and parasol, providing an inviting space dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing during the warmer months.

The outdoor amenities are completed by a convenient private parking area within the gated property, with space for 3-4 cars.

Internal Description

Villa la Leccia is arranged over 2 levels and welcomes up to 10 guests, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are fitted with mosquito screens and air conditioning, with the exception of one bedroom. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The entrance opens onto a spacious living area characterised by large glass windows overlooking the panoramic terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Warm and tastefully furnished, this inviting room includes a double sofa bed, decorative fireplace, tv and dining table, making it ideal for spending quality time with family and friends.

Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped wooden kitchen, practical and well-appointed with dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and breakfast table.

This floor also includes a bathroom with shower.

First floor: An attractive wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, enhanced by elegant olive wood parquet flooring that adds warmth and character to the interiors. Here guests will find 3 spacious double bedrooms, one of which features a private balcony, as well as 1 twin bedroom with two single beds.

Serving the sleeping area are two bathrooms: one with shower and a second generously sized bathroom complete with bathtub and double sinks, designed to ensure maximum comfort throughout the stay.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (500.00€); electricity (0.40€ per kWh/hour); gas (35.00€ per stay for groups of up to 5 people, 55.00€ per stay for groups of 6 to 10 people); water (5.00€ per square meter); garden and pool maintenance (130.00€ per week). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0,50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,500.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal and utility consumption (1,000.00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
