At less than 10 minutes’ drive from Villa Panorama, you can find the Conero Golf Club (the sole golf club in The Marche region with 18 holes with top quality services for its guests) as well as a horse riding club offering a vast number of activities for horse and nature lovers.

Villa “La Colombara” is spread on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with sliding windows and views of the garden and sea, a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a laundry room and pantry, toilet.
On the first floor there is 1 spacious and bright double bedroom, 2 doubles with single beds, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms come with full air conditioning. The decor is very curated, with attention to the smallest detail, taste and style, practical design, cozy and sophisticated. Every area of the house has been studied with love and passion by its owners and well designed in order to offer a dream stay. There is a dependance outside with 2 sofa beds that become 2 double beds, kitchen and toilet, A/C also included.
The villa is surrounded by a park of 3,000 meters and a lush garden with many different plants typical of the Conero Park area. The outdoor area is fully equipped in order to offer to the guest the maximum enjoyment of the beautiful garden and stunning view during the ideal summer nights.
The owner have just completed, as last addition to the property a beautiful swimming pool that will be fully operational by the start of the season.
