Villa L L Šikići (Istria - Pula)

Great property with plenty of room for the 6 of us. The villa was equipped with everything we could have needed and all communication with the property owner was excellent and very helpful. The pool and surrounding area was perfect. Central location with easy drive to the centre of Pula/airport and beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Well spaced villa with nice pool/ garden area. Very well equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms whereof 2 parent master and 2 for children. A large bathroom- second bathroom small but with shower. Location is quiet and only 10 minutes by car from Pula downtown and harbour. Large shopping and supermarket facilities in 5 minutes by car

We enjoyed our stay and good location for exploring Istria. Great house, very clean with everything you need, plenty of room for 6 adults. We loved the pool and the area to relax around pool.

Lovely property, welcoming and helpful hosts, nothing too much trouble. Pool fantastic. Quiet area. Local market short walk, 5mins. Car useful but we used local 8 seater taxi for our stay, brilliant driver, showed us the best beaches etc. His names Miro and we recommend him, call 3850976144874.All in all a great holiday, enjoyed by all. Will definitely return. One tip, bring anti mosquito spray.

Great house, clean, handy and well located, not far from Pula in a calm area. Very nice owner !

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. Everything was as it was described. The brother of the owner is very helpful and very friendly and gave us some good tips where to find beautiful beaches with clear and shallow water so the kids could enjoy snorkeling and swimming. Every day the pool and the garden were cleaned by the father of the owner who was also very friendly and helpful to us. The house itself offers much space for up to eight persons. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing table football and having a delicious barbecue in the evening. Every morning we went to the local shop to get some fresh bread for breakfast. The Villa is situated in a small village just five minutes from the center of Pula and another 10 minutes from Medulin. The brother of the owner and the father live in the other part of the house. That has the great advantage of an every day cleaning of garden and pool. If you need assistance it will be there within a second. We really recommend staying in this house if you want to have a really relaxing holiday.

The villa is stunning, there is honestly no criticism on this property, everything needed was there, from a washing machine to a dish washer. The owners were very helpful and spoke a good level of english. I'd recommend coming here with a car or some sort of transport as it is 5km away from the main city. Additionally, we found the cost of taxi journeys when we put 8 people in a taxi were extremely cheap, less than £2 each to get into the centre of Pula or Medullin. I highly recommend spending your holiday here, its worth every penny!!

The villa was beautiful, well kept and spacious. Everything was just like the pictures (if not nicer). The pool was amazing and again very private, it was discretely cleaned every morning. The location was ideal, within 15 mins driving distance of the airport, stunning sand and pebble beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and pula town centre. Zeljko was a very ameniable host, always there if you needed him but never overbearing, the villa was extremely private. Zeliko was very flexible when we had issues with our flights and even offered us a later check out time on our last day as we had a late flight home. I would highly recommend staying here as the villa and location is ideal. The local beaches are beautiful and the villa is also only a 10 minute drive away from two sand beaches. The local restaurant's are very nice and extremely reasonable. Perfect place to stay the only problem we had is that we couldn't stay longer, hopefully we will be back again next year.
