Villa Kermati, sea view

We had a wonderdul stay at Villa Kermati. There was ample room for our family group of 14 and the house had everything we needed. The views really are beautiful from the lounge windows. We had lots of fun in the pool and enjoyed taking the bikes out for short rides around the village. The local bar tabac is very welcoming and only a 5 min walk away.

Family of 16 spanning 3 generations had a wonderful week at Villa Kermati. The villa was spacious; every nook and cranny had entertainment for the kids. The pool, hot tub, outdoor play area and children’s toys were real hits. Plenty of seating and very well equipped! Beautiful villa, thank you Pauline! We will be back!

A huge thank you to Pauline for ensuring our stay in Villa Kermati was wonderful! From the outset, Pauline was so professional, efficient and welcoming. As a party of 11, ranging in age from 67 to 6 (!), Villa Kermati was perfect with plenty of space and literally everything we would ever need at our fingertips, making it very much home from home for our 2 week stay. The pool, hottub & sauna was a huge hit with all the family - such a brilliant facility which we used so much. Our other love was the garden and the BBQ - such a great space for eating, entertaining and enjoying each other's company. As for the views from the upstairs window/balcony, we really loved watching people walk in the sunshine or how things changed visually when the tide came in. Villa Kermati is situated in a lovely little village which has a superb bakery, a welcoming and busy bar/tabac and a really good restaurant/pizzeria. The local area is truly beautiful and having been to many other parts of France, the Cote d'Armor is up there with one of our favourite place thanks to its gorgeous scenery, delicious food & historical culture. The reason for our trip was to spend time together as a family following the lost of my mother and to celebrate our oldest Granddaughter turning 18. Villa Kermati will hold a very special place in our hearts as so many memories have been created and we will be look back on this time together with such fondness. The property was fabulous, children and adults loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. The games room and large garden meant it was possible to play team games. As weather was not brilliant, the house delivered in every way.

The property is situated in a wonderful position with a fantastic view of the coast, close to the beach and a play park. The pool is great and was enjoyed by us all. The children enjoyed the trampoline, slides and swings in the garden. The kitchen was very well equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return.

Amazing property with everything you could need. Swimming pool is incredible as is the sauna and jacuzzi. Lovely scenes of the beach from the balcony….fully recommend and well worth the stay. Pauline was also excellent and always on hand to support.

This is an outstanding property with views that take your breath away. More room than we needed and plenty of places to get away from the rest of the family when you needed a quiet space. It literally has everything you need so just pack your clothes and set off. The area is stunning and the Sillon De Talbert is just the icing on the cake. The local bar is friendly and the bakery has all the bread you would ever want. Overall, it was a great week and cant recommend this place enough. Thanks for everything.

The villa is amazing, fully equipped with loads of room. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool! The views are spectacular and there is lots to do within the local area. Local shops and a restaurant within walking distance was also a bonus. Steve and Family

Our family (8 adults, 4 kids) have taken big annual holidays for a number of years now. This is the first property we've ever gone back to. We like to see different things and places but this house simply demanded a second return. Specific things to call out: The house itself is massive, fantastic facilities and view, incredibly fantastic and helpful owner, quick access to enough activities to fill two weeks, a few minutes walk to the local beach, plenty of parking, a huge indoor pool with a great view and a properly thought through set of equipment for guests to use. We would absolutely go back again. If you get a chance to stay here, you should absolutely snap it up. Tech notes. If you drive an electric car, we were able to trickle charge our EVs from the sockets by the kitchen windows and paid the owner afterwards for the Electric we used. Minatianed a good 10A 240V connection. Also internet is via a 4G router. It's fast enough BUT if there's a lot of you or you're doing thing like uploading large photos or videos, it's pretty easy to blow through the monthly cap. We ended up getting Starlink's RV plan and brought that with us this year which was a great idea.
