Stayed Dec 31, 2025This villa is amazing, perfect for an island get a way. The villa is spacious, well equipped and was very clean. The pool was a perfect touch for a quick cooldown. My husband and I laid out in the sun some days right by the pool, and looked out on the horizon. It was very romantic. The restaurant on the property was very convenient and overlooked the ocean, it made for the perfect breakfast on the water with fresh juice. The rooftop bar was perfect for when we didnt feel like driving out in the evening, a quick bite to eat and beverage with immaculate service. There is a pizza shop that has cappuccino and also serves breakfast. So basically you have several options that are very close by. However, I highly recommend a rental car, so you can explore the whole island. There are many popular beaches that are not a far drive at all, as well as the flamingo sightings very close by. The property has 24 hour gated security, which made us feel safe. The pool set up with night time lights makes the perfect setting for social media bragging right pics. The villa has a washer and dryer too. I highly recommend this accommodation for your next Curacao dream vacation!

Stayed Jan 10, 2024We really enjoyed our stay and were even there prior to our scheduled arrival because of a reservation issue elsewhere. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was awesome and clean. would highly recommend.

Stayed Dec 24, 2022We rented from van englenburg and the home is beautiful with plenty of space inside and out. There were a few things missing that would’ve made the trip more enjoyable. The pillows were wafer thin, and there were only sheets on the bed which made the sleep experience pretty difficult. The beach towel situation lacked. We used bath towels at the beach and there were only a few. We have been to curacao before and a couple of folding chairs would’ve been useful because we enjoy some of the less crowded beaches. Lastly and probably most importantly, the house has no safe and there is a lockbox code to get into the house. Anyone with the code can come and go as they please. On the last day we were missing $638 which we would’ve used to pay the rental car company. The money was in my wife’s diaper bag that never left the home. The owner said with 100% certainty that no one from the management company stole the money. I’m not accusing anyone but we don’t see how this could go missing and not sure how the owner could say with 100% certainty. The police came to the house and they too were befuddled that there was no safe. I think if a safe had been in the house our outlook on this house and management company would’ve been different. This was our Fourth trip to curacao and only time with no safe. Unfortunately this is what we will remember.
