Villa Kala Nostra by the sea, 150m and 5m walk from Kal'eMoru/Villasimius shoreline

Wonderful stay at Geremeas village. We were 6 adults 2 children and 1 toddler. Communication with the host Ms. Congiu was very smooth, she was always available and responsive to all our queries. The house is very spacious and is composed of 4 bedroom, 2 with en-suite and AC, 2 on the lower floor with a shared bathroom and no AC (but with open window overnight it was ok). Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. very nice patio with sea view where we enjoyed our meals. There is everything you need for the beach in the house (sun beds and umbrellas, beach towels). The beach can be reached with a 5’ walk. It is spacious and not very crowded. There is a mini market near the house with all the basics, however for proper groceries the nearest store is 10’ away by car. All in all a very positive experience.

Seven of us (2 families) stayed for a week in August and we truly enjoyed our holiday. The photos are accurate although everything on them looks slightly bigger. The communication with Marilena was ok as long it was via texts/emails, her English is very basic but we managed without any issues. She gave us detailed instructions and a short video of how to get to the property. During our stay we needed her advice and she responded within 2-3 hours. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, lots of bathroom towels and towels for the beach. We found the beach chairs/umbrella very handy. The Wi-Fi worked well with 4-5 of us using it at the same time. There’s only one parking space in front of the house, so if you arrive with two cars as us, the second car can be parked for free on the end of the road - few minutes walking from the house. The garden is much smaller than it looks on the pictures but it’s beautifully maintained. There are no showers/foot washers on the beach so the garden shower was very useful to rinse off all the sand before entering the house. The best part of the house is the terrace overlooking the beach. Overall it was a perfect place and an amazing holiday.

The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was really well equipped - we missed nothing. The garden was beautiful. We enjoyed the view and the closeness to the beach as we could easily walk with our two children (5 and 7 years old) back and forth. There was a small shop nearby which we didn`t use as we shopped in bigger supermarkets during our trips. The communication with Marie Elena was great and the check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated. The weather was really warm (between 20 -25° C) even though it was already the middle of October. The sea was warm enough - our children were almost every day in the water. We just had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful accommodation very much.

Beautiful vacation rent, awesome patio with ocean view, tasteful furnishings. Two double bed on the first floor, 4 more sleeping beds in the basement. Very nice garden! Beach in 5min walking distance is top rated. Very quite place. You need to drive 5 to 30min to reach a certain variety of restaurants and supermarket.

We have had a fantastic stay with 4 adults + 2 young children. The view was breathtaking and the walk to the beach was short. Our host Mari was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Mari’s Villa was perfect for our final week stay on Sardinia. We wanted a three bedroom home located to explore the eastern coast of Sardinia. It had a great kitchen, great view and when the weather warmed up the front terrace was perfect for breakfast.

We were a group of 8 ( two couples, 3 teenagers and a 5 years old) cold) and the house is quite spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view from the balcony and really close ( a 5 minute walk) to a lovely quite secluded beach. At this time of the year ( mid April) it’s really quiet and the little supermarket & little coffee shop are closed. The same with the nearest supermarket at Torre dele Stelle that only opens weekends. So be sure to buy food before you get to the house. The downside of the house was the fact it was cold in the basement rooms as no air conditioning there and a window was not closing properly. Also the top floor room air conditioning was not working. But the bed spreads were warm enough and very comfortable. All in all we had a really nice stay. The surroundings are amazing ( great beaches and amazing scenery!) so definitely recommend, specially at a warmer time.

We had a fantastic holiday in Geremeas. The house and the surroundings are simply wonderful. It is very well kept, clean and nicely decorated and the owner Marilena Congiu and her family are very, very nice and welcoming. We will definately come back! Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed our stay, although the Sardinian weather was not what it should have been! The villa was clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities and well placed for the beach. The owner was helpful and pleasant, and helped with shopping and arranging taxi service.(we chose not to hire a car). However, there was a lack of written information, with no contact details for the local hospital or Dr in case of emergency or how to use the appliances, change gas bottles etc, although the owner did explain these on our arrival (in the dark!) Wi-Fi was non-existent. A bus timetable would have been very helpful! Not many local facilities open, but we probably travelled too early. Would certainly recommend Ill Monastaro Hotel, we had an excellent meal and is within walking distance of the villa. Only 3 sunbeds for the beach - there were 6 of us in our party. We did have a lovely time though!
