Villa overlooking the sea at 100 meters from the beach. Internet WiFi. Geremeas.

We very much enjoyed our 2-week-stay. The house was well equipped, in very good condition and super close to the beach. The view from the terrace and the balcony are magnificent.

We enjoyed our stay in the Villa which had all the things we needed to make it comfortable. Mario graciously provided us with a tray of delicious baked goods and wine when we first arrived. We loved the location, close to the beach and the authentic surroundings which made you feel like a local and not a tourist.

Very nice place to chill near the beach. It is terraced, a bit dependent on the neighbours, but most ours were fine.

Located by a beautiful beach, very quiet in October leading to a peaceful sunny stay. Mario was very responsive and left us a welcome parcel of sweet treats. Villa was very clean and has lots of positives, comfortable mattress, great hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. some modernising would benefit the overall experience especially bedroom furniture, bed is very low and chest of drawers do not close or open easily. However we adjusted to the rustic charm and the location so close to the beach and easy distance to Vallasimus and its stunning beaches for a chilled week away was great. Thank you.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property . The description was accurate in every way , with all the amenities advertised, stunning sea views from both ground floor and first floor and less than a 5 minute walk to the wonderful beach . The house was exceptionally clean on our arrival with water and a gift of local chocolates in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Communication with the friendly owner Mario was excellent and he was always available for any queries from the moment we booked to the moment we left the property. We would recommend staying at this property without hesitation and we look forward to visiting again next year.

What a wonderful tme we had in this house. We have never had such a luxery vacation before. We lacked nothing. Everything was full of care and love in the house. It was easy to feel at home. The view and the many walks on the coast did us a great job. We chose peace and cosiness in addition to the beauty of nature. The weather was great, even it was october. We can definitely recommend this house. The hospitality was great, and contact with the owner was easy to make.

From the start when Mario showed us round his villa (Mario - grazie mille per le dolci di Sardi!) through to leaving with tans and sand between our toes, we had the perfect beachside holiday. The photos of Mario's villa are only part of the story and going there just shows how much more there is to it. The beach is very much only 100 metres away and is super. We went in mid September so we felt we had the hamlet of Geremeas to ourselves which we loved. The scent of jasmine is there when you have your morning coffee on the terrace outside and again in the evening as you eat wonderful Sardinian produce. Bougainvillea and hibiscus flowers are everywhere which make you feel as though you are somewhere tropical. We found that a car was necessary to get around (there is a mini market in Geremeas for basics right next to the great trattoria which provided super morning coffee and evening aperitifs - there are huge Carrefours and Conads around 30-40 mins away either to Villasimius or Cagliari) and there is ample car parking around 50 metres from the villa. The villa is immaculate and entirely charming - you have everything you need for a beach holiday (a huge fridge, gas hob, electric oven, outside washing machine, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms, living/dining area and day dawdling terraces upstairs and on the ground floor (I lost hours reading and watching the view - seeing the sun rise in the morning was addictive viewing). Thank you to Mario for a super stay - we enjoyed every moment!

Perfect location for beach holidays... even with kids. Only max. 5 minutes walk form the beautiful beach (one could even go in swimsuit already). Mario and Maria are very kind and nice. We even got fruits and water on arrival in the fridge ! Perfect !!! The beach is very nice and clean - not too overcrowded -, the sand is rather fine and the shore is not steep ... so even small kids have much fun and are safe. The House is good, we missed only an Airconditioning (and at first a north-european coffee-machine... but we bought one and then it was... :-) ) . The nights were extremly hot and only ventilators were not enough for us - so we decided to sleep on the balcony :-) So, all in all we had 2 great weeks in which we only missed the airconditioning. We didn´t thought that it was THAT hot at night in the end of August and that there was no wind at all in the evenings. We would proppose to install AC for the sleeping rooms. Then it would be 100% perfect :-) But nevertheless... we can recommend it - if you are heat-proof :-) :-) It´s very nice and extremly relaxing......

We stayed for a week at Mario's beautiful place with our 10 months old baby. It is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with a baby. The house offers lots of shadow, place to sit and eat outside with a great ocean view. It is very close to the beach, only 2 minutes walk. The beach turned out to be great for the kid, as the sand is not super fine (it easily peals off from the baby). The house is very well equipped with everything you do need. Even with a chair for the baby and a baby bed. Mario and his family is very friendly and helpful. We liked it a lot!!
