Stayed Aug 9, 2025This is an amazing location! We loved being able to see the ocean, play tennis/pickle ball, swim in the pool, walk down to the beach, and walk to the food cart village. The kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, etc... There was plenty of room in the house and I would highly recommend this house for large groups. We will remember this week for a long time to come! There were a few small items that could have made this stay better: The towels Smelled bad, especially the pool towels. They were washed with too much soap, didn't dry all the way, and have mildew in them. Suggest replacing all of them. Add a little white vinegar to the wash mix. Consider buying a dryer for the guests to use. Have some pickleball paddles and balls. Consider fixing the large divot in the court. A small fridge down by the pool would be excellent. More wine openers - There were 2, but one was totally busted. The description said a max of 4 cars. There was enough room for 8 cars. Hot water heater in the kitchen was broken and dripping.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Really enjoyed our stay here, the villa is so spacious with lots of seating areas inside and out. The view for sunsets is amazing.
