Stayed Jun 13, 2025I will like to say that from the booking to the End The Communications was great, even when We were delay Gustavo made everything work and was always willing to help. there was an instance when we lost water and in minutes there was a person onsite getting the pump to work. Great place to relax.Like everything in life not everything is perfect but given the communication and the dedication this group has the availability to be able to work with.thank You and kerp the great work.

Stayed Apr 19, 2022Home is close to the shops and beach with easy access to restaurants, bars, and small shops. Located in a small gated community with its own privacy, it is quite and safe. The home is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. It has a small wash machine and a patio grill/bbq. Electric for the week ran about $40. Would stay here again. Nice place to relax and unwind.

Stayed Jul 1, 2021We arrived at the house around 5:30. There was nobody to greet us and we had to wait. After 3 minutes of arrival, the electricity turned off and the inversol was not working. The electricity didn't come back until around 8:00. Once the electricity came on; it was a really wonderful and beautiful house. We thought the people would come and clean. A lady came one time during our 10 day stay. She changed changed the sheets on the beds and mopped a bit but a lot was left untouched. The house is in wonderful location. It's close to the beach and the colmado is nearby. Be careful with the electricity because it's so expensive. There was a leak in the master bedroom after a heavy rain on our last day. This place is almost perfect but not quite there. I would certainly recommend it for a large group and this could be a perfect 10 with a few changes.

Stayed Apr 1, 2021Overall was great! With the exception that someone came once to clean in the days we were there however she did nothing but sweep a lil spot and did not look like she wanted to do i. It wasn’t clear to us weather someone was to come clean or no if so then the lady did not perform a job at all more looked like she went to look around. Kinda akward to my opinion but is ok I guess. Also if we were to clean then leave us cleaning products to clean or let us know so that we can buy our own. The washer machine wasn’t either not working. Overall good just minor things that could improve. Detail wise because some of us don’t know how to move around in DR as we are from other countries. Thanks:)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a very nice stay at Villa Tulip. Our hosts Marie-Hélène and Michaël were very nice and accomodating. The villa is close to all activities (beaches, bars and restaurants, french bakery and souvenir stores). We do recommend this villa for your future stay at Las Terrenas.

Stayed Aug 15, 2016The house is exactly as advertised. Location is perfect, near to the center but still very quiet. Swimming pool was big enough for our 4 teenagers. The house was very clean, the air conditioning is the sleeping rooms very efficient and quiet. Marie Helene our host was very nice with us, always accommodating. Nothing disappointing to report, this was an amazing stay, we'll come back for sure !
