Villa Imperial - Modern Luxury Villa

Fantastic villa, great support with a few questions we had. So close to the beach too!

Brilliant area Villa was good although basement smelt of damp . Gym was unusable due to an old flood . Pool was filthy on arrival but next day got sorted . Condom wrapper found under the bed so so great pre clean . Bar b q was Ritter and didn’t work but to be fair got replaced . Enjoyed it but wouldn’t stay there again for that money

On the whole we had a lovely time. Aged from 9 to 64 there was something for everyone and we were mostly comfortable in the villa . Issues with the air conditioning at the start which took 5 days to fix and power cut on out last morning. But these things happen and it did not spoil the holiday. The villa was spotless when we arrived and communication with the host was good, have advised that a broom to use during to stay would be helpful and instructions on how to work the lights and a/c ovens etc would be beneficial. In such a lovely location , lots of great beach walks. Thank you. Would love to stay again.

Reallly lovely state of the art luxury villa. Short walk to semi-private beach. Gated access. Gym even kept us in trim (sort of).

The location of the villa was perfect, with an easy walk into the town. The layout of the villa was good and everyone had their own space. Swimming pool and outside seating area was perfect and accommodated everyone's needs. Would not hesitate to rebook. The pre-cleaning of the villa. Nothing major and not enough to spoil the stay, but we found a lot of rubbish and empty food containers under the chairs inside and out. Would be nice if the pool lights were also working.

The location of the villa is just perfect, a few steps of one the best beaches in the area. It is a nice walk by the sea to Protaras town center or you can take the bus (the stop is at the resort gate). The service is outstanding: every time we called to fix sometimes, in a short time they send someone. The villa is perfect for large groups and have large outdoors space. The domotic system to control the air condition and lights is not easy to understand.

The Villa is very well located, just a short walking distance from several beautiful beaches and a supermarket, and only a very short drive from the town center. However, when we arrived, the place had a slightly musty smell, and one of the toilets was not clean. Thankfully, after we asked, they promptly sent someone to clean it. Unfortunately, there was no guest booklet or any instructions on how to operate the amenities, which made things a bit challenging. The air conditioning did not function properly; some rooms were freezing while others were not cool at all. Additionally, the BBQ outside had no propane tank, which was a disappointment. Overall, while the location is fantastic, the property could benefit from better maintenance and clearer instructions for guests.

We had a great stay. The villa was lovely, clean & spacious. Close to the beach & walking distance to the town. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely villa 15 min walk into Protaras only feedback is there’s a hole in the gym roof leaking water so it smelt of damp in the gym and the pool needed a good clean, a pool clean was done 2 days before we left overall great villa .
