Villa ideal for families with pool and bbq near the sea in Pollença and WIFI

The property was a good size and in a nice area. The pool and garden are great and even in late October the whole family enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. We did have some big storms and issues with leaks in the bedroom and bathroom.

The property is set in a rural area though not too far from the nearest resort, it is a quiet and a relaxing setting and a car is a must, the supermarket we used was a five or so minutes drive away and the nearest resorts just a few minutes drive too. We loved the villa and the gardens and the large pool which was regularly maintained, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and the barbeque was well used, apart from the lack of a/c though every bedroom had a large fan the place is great. If peace and quiet is what you are looking for this villa will not disappoint. 4.5/5

The villa is very nice and quiet. You feel right at home. Everything you need is there and you can spend wonderful days and evenings there. Getting there: Unfortunately you can only get to the villa using the coordinates, all other information leads to nearby but different places. Cleanliness: At the beginning everything was clean. Unfortunately, the towels were only changed once a week (2x according to the advertisement), the bed linen was not changed at all (1x according to the advertisement). Unfortunately we didn't like that. Comfort: Mosquito nets and air conditioning would be appropriate. Despite mosquito repellent, our baby was completely bitten during the night.

Fantastic property for our family of 7 people. Great size and short driving distance to all local amenities. Everything you could need for a family holiday.

We stayed for a week at Easter when the weather was mild (19oC). The house itself was clean, kitchen is very modern, plenty of space inside and out. The house was a little chilly in the evening, but I guess that’s because it was early April. Location is quiet, on the outskirts of Pollenca, easy access to surrounding areas but you would need a car. The pool is a great size and also quite deep, so not ideal for very young children. My youngest is 1.1m and was too deep for him to stand. Older children loved it. There was outdoor cooking/bbq facilities available, we didn’t use these. Overall lovely holiday home on a beautiful part of the island.

A great clean villa in a lovely location. Fairly remote but still easily accessible to alcudia and pollenca. Perfect for a group text f 8 adults.

The property was clean and nice, kitchen new., rooms and baths were ok, but not AC, if you carch a hot week you will sweat all night long. The best part is the garden and the pool. The villa is isolated and we suffer for that has one day we didnt have water and was not a nice experience… The bbq is also very good but there are not tools to work and it is a real mess when you want to use with a fork of the kitchen…taking in account that in the kitchen the cutlery is counted, so if you fill up the house be ready to wash minimum twice per day. Location is good and very quite with no disturbance at nights.
