Villa Graziosa

The property requires the use of a car, which some may find a problem. 3 minute drive to supermarkets. 5 minute drive to evtensive beach with good facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, spacious house located a short drive from several stunning beaches and Cagliari. The house has fantastic gardens with a variety of palms and exotic flowers. The pool and house were immaculately clean, and the host was extremely helpful. There is plenty of space both inside and out with several balconies providing excellent views. It is not overlooked, sitting on top of a hill with views of thr nearby lake and the sea. The house has a well equipped kitchen, large rooms and outdoor pizza oven and BBQ. There is a table tennis area with football table, and swings. Its a great place to stay and explore Southern Sardinia.

We stayed for 7 nights with other couples and just loved the property - great areas for gathering, cooking together, lounging and beautiful private bedrooms. Three have balconies. Ignacio is such a warm, kind and helpful person as a host. We arrived at 11:30pm and he was there welcoming us and showing us around. And when needed help, he was available immediately. It was a true pleasure to stay in Ignacio's villa and have an opportunity to meet him. Thank you, Ignacio

This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property.

A beautiful comfortable Villa. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for our family holiday. The pool area and gardens were great. Lots of different seating areas. We made good use of the barbecue. We all loved the garden room with a long table seating twelve. Perfect for family meals. I would recommend hiring a car. The nearest beach was just a short drive, 11 kilometres of golden sand with lots of lovely restaurants to choose from. Along the coast road you will find little bays with turquoise sea and beautiful scenery. There were a choice of supermarkets just a short drive away. We had a lovely week. It just goes too quickly.

Stayed at this house with 9 of my friends and we had the best time even though it was rainy! Beautiful spacious house! recommend renting a car to get around

Position of the house: 10-15 minutes by car to the beach; good to see All Amazing beaches nearby (30-60 mn Away) We consider some refurbishment would be needed for Doors and AC.

We stayed at this wonderful villa for a week in August. It was everything we hoped for. By far the favourite aspect was the garden, plenty of places for sunbathing or reading in the shade. The pool was clean and used multiple times every day and the table tennis provided some healthy competition. The house has everything you need and was very comfortable. The air conditioning was a real bonus - it was very hot! Ignazio was very responsive all emails answered quickly and he made sure everything was in order when we arrived. I would say a car was necessary the house is slightly off the beaten track which was perfect for creating a real sense of tranquility but the car was needed to stock up at the local supermarket and drive out in the evenings for dinner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this amazing villa and hope we will visit again.

Everything about the Villa was perfect and we had a great holiday here. You will definitely need a car as there is not much within walking distance, but if you plan on seeing more of Sardinia and Cagliari then both are easily accessible from the villa. Ignazio (owner) did everything he could to help us with our stay and the pool and outside area was cleaned for us daily.

Very Confortable house . The owners were very helpful and make us very happy during our week in Cagliari . we came with our family for a Regatta , where ours sons were competitors. Evening time was very relaxing having meal at home using a kithen very clean and well equiped Location is excellent , near everything . Many thanks to Ignazio and Graziella for their great attention. We do recomend this house as a very good choise in Cagliari .
