Stayed Sep 9, 2024Group of 8 mixture of friends and family , we had a great 2 week stay at the villa, exactly what the online photo's showed . Amazing view ,great pool and we did swim off the platform on the waterfront most days.Had great service by the property manager who answered alot of questions before we arrived & provided alot of local Kas information and contact details for things such as chefs to cook at the villa (who we had in on 2 occasions) local wine merchant and options to who to contact to do a day out on a boat..It was easy to get into Kas with local bus coming every half hour or so with stop at the top of the drive way. A sound system of some sort would be a good addition luckily we had a portable speaker with us.Would happily book this villa again.

Stayed Sep 16, 2023We stayed with extended family, all adults. Villa is located on peninsula, so you need a car. It's not far to drive into Kas. Own swimming platform is a huge bonus, everyone enjoyed it a lot. The sea is beautiful, the water is super clear. Some of us were lucky enough to swim with a turtle just offshore. Swimming pool is nice and is serviced regularly. The sunsets are truely grand. We enjoyed well positioned outside tables, so you can eat outside in the shade at different times of the day. Kitchen is well stocked, we cooked some complicated meals no problem. Aircon worked fine. It was clean. One negative point for us was that the beds and the pillows were not very comfortable for several of us. Overall we had a nice stay, thank you.

Stayed Aug 31, 2022The villa is in an excellent location with a stunning view over the sea. It is spacious & well laid out. The pool is beautiful, great garden furniture & outside seating.
