Villa Gina - Torre San Giovanni with pool 5 minutes from the Maldives of Salento

From the moment the gates opened, we knew weld found a dream house for our 8 days in Italy. We arrived very late and Dario went out of his way (even telling his mum to stay awake so he could pick some things up from her) to get us milk and other essentials for our children to breakfast the following morning. The villa was spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and all have AC. The outdoor kitchen area was brilliant, as well as the outdoor showers. There were quite a lot of gnats when we went (end of May 2023) but, being in the middle of the countryside, that’s to be expected. The pool is not heated. Supermarket within a 5 minute drive with very passionate deli staff. Beach with 2 lidos also 5 mins away - Lido Mania is recommended for views and food. We loved everything about this villa and would return in a heartbeat.

The villa is on a hill from which there is a view on the see. It is not far from the see side, however you must reach it with a car. On the see side, there is a lot of Lido. There are sandy beaches. For us the most beautiful was Lido Pineta. In the nearby small city Torre San Giovanni there are many restaurants. The garden surrounding the villa is very well-kept. The grass is green and there are ablot of flowers, trees an butterflies. The pool is clean and also well-kept. The childer (and also adults) loved the pool. The ovners, Dario and Gina were very helpfull. They explained to us where to go, where by local olive oil, cheese and other pruducts. The holidays at villa Gina were fantastic. Thank you very much Dario and Gina.

Villa Gina is a special place! A spacious, finely furnished villa, equipped with all comforts and kept in impeccable condition. The pool is very nice and very clean, like the whole house and the park around. The patio is perfect for barbecues and outdoor dinners, also if the weather should not hold. The interiors are delightful and spacious and decorated with love to detail. For us, who were in 6, having several bathrooms available was a nice convenience. The laundry room is a very welcome and useful add. The location is excellent, close to the sea and the centers of Torre San Giovanni and Ugento, emersed in the nature and surrounded by greenery to fully enjoy the tranquility of a true vacation. Nearby there are bike paths with different routes for cycling. The owners Dario and Gina have assisted us in all our needs, and pampered us throughout our stay. Dario gave us many useful tips to make the most of the surroundings and our stay. Gina, being also a passioned cake designer, prepared a spectacular and delicious cake to celebrate my husband's grandparents' wedding anniversary, the reason for our vacation. We recommend everyone to stay in this beautiful place. Thanks again Dario and Gina!

Lovely villa with great outside space. Living space inside adequate for five but would be a bit tight for eight people. Bedrooms and bathrooms simple but clean and more than adequate. Dario was super helpful, especially with advising on where to eat and even booking tables for us. A lovely holiday

Two unforgettable weeks we spent in the beautiful Villa Gina. The villa is beautifully maintained, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It lacks absolutely of nothing. The garden is simply enchanting. It offers plenty of space and the excellent positive atmosphere and the guaranteed privacy makes an absolutely relaxing holiday. We enjoyed the wonderful shady spots under the olive trees. The outdoor sink, the barbecue and the two outdoor showers are just gorgeous and were widely used. The pool is “the icing on the cake”. The location of the property is also perfect. Only few minutes' drive from the most beautiful sandy beaches. The communication in advance with the owner Dario was already very friendly and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by him and his charming wife Gina. Dario and Gina are very exceptional hosts. There's a lot of passion and heart in their work. This is evident everywhere. We have traveled a lot as a couple and have rarely known such wonderful hosts. From the heart of a huge thank you for your kindness and warmth Dario and Gina. You guys are really great people. We can recommend the villa and its so wonderful host warmly.

We have had a wonderful experience, staying at Dario's and his lovely wife Gina's holiday home near Ugento. The house is tastefully furnished and impeccably clean. The beautifully maintained garden and pool have been an absolut pleasure. The location of the house is excellent, close to wonderful beaches and beautiful towns like Lecce and Maglie. Dario and his pretty wife have been the most attentive hosts, it has been a very pleasant experience.
