The villa itself is very spacious inside and out with 4 pleasantly decorated bedrooms and a private swimming pool. WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.

Villa Gatzara is a detached villa that enjoys aspacious corner plot in Cala Blanca. Cala Blanca Beach is a beautiful sandy bay, just a 5 minute stroll away. The main centre of the resort including the majority of bars and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. You can also catch a local bus or taxi into the former historic capital of Ciutadella. Our villas Serena Blanca and Tranquila Blanca are located in the same lane.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

The air conditioning in this villa operates with an eco-sensor, meaning that if no movement is detected after 20 minutes the unit will switch off in that room.
