Stayed Aug 10, 2025As a family, grandparents, daughters and partners plus three grandsons this property was ideal. The units were well maintained, clean and well decorated.The pool was fantastic and was cleaned every other day during our stay.Our host was easily contactable and responded immediately to any questions/problems we had.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024I had been looking at several villas in the area, but when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I wanted, however in the Vrbo brochure it says it is a short walk to the church, but it is a 15 minute drive, apart from that it looked good. On arrival I was greeted by Salvo who was lovely, his English was not great, but I am trying to learn Italian so it was good practice for me. The villa was even better than it looked. A good size pool along with excellent accommodation, and plenty of Bathrooms and outdoor seating with great views. The sunrises and sunsets were also incredible and I can honestly say that this was the best villa I have rented. Very tranquil but only 5 minutes drive from a beach. I would highly recommend this place as a base to explore Ragusa, Siracusa and the surrounding area and to visit ispica and Bruno and Carmens American bar.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024My family and I had a wonderful holiday at Villa Fenicottero. The photos on the website, although beautiful, do not do this property justice. It is SUPERB! There were 10 of us staying and we were more than adequately provided for. Plenty of shaded areas too. Everything-pool, sunbeds, bbq area etc-was very vlean and to a high standard. The food and drink provided for our arrival was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. The host (Salvatore) was very easy to contact and even helped with our airport transfers. Whilst there, one of the air conditioning units failed-it was replaced that day! The property is very rural, which suited us as we are quite a loud family and is not really in Ispica. Although a short distance to the beach a car is needed as the roads are not suitable for pedestrians especially if you have small children. The website says there are restaurants within walking distance but we couldn't find any apart from on the beach. We would very much recommend this property and would like to visit again one day.
