Villa Fedelian 1 with garden and heated pool

We had a fabulous holiday and Fred was an excellent host who was friendly, accommodating and communicated well with very quick response times during our holiday planning stage.The villa was well equipped and had everything you would need to accommodate babies and toddlers as well as adults.We especially appreciated the pool being heated to a temperature that suited toddlers in February!

Fabulous villa to share an amazing holiday with family. Great communication with owners. Clean and spacious. All beds made beyond our numbers which was very useful. Lovely pool for kids. We had a problem with water being off owners were straight on it. Would love to return.

We had a great stay with Villas Fidelian for October half term. We were four families with 7 teenagers between us and the villa accommodated us perfectly. Fred and Julian couldn’t have done more in terms of great communication and providing great information about the local area. They even provided an extra bed and prepared the rooms as requested so the teenagers could have a girls and boys room. The check in/out process was super easy too. The villa itself was spacious with plenty of room for everyone (15 people total), with the outside space and large table working really well for us all. We would definitely recommend Villa Fedelian to anyone looking to stay in Playa Blanca.

We had a lovely time at the villa, the communication was excellent throughout, Fred and Julien attended to all our needs before and during the stay. The villa was clean and well presented, the bedrooms didnt have air conditioning but fans were provided throughout. We are happy to recommend both this property and the hosts in the great service they provided.

The villa is spotless and the finish is very good. We found that we had everything we needed for a lovely weeks stay. The outdoor space is perfect and the children made the most of the pool. The area is very quiet and relaxing. There were three generations of our family Holidaying, aged from 9 to 81 and the villa met all of our expectations. Mobility issues meant that, for us, a car was needed as we found the walk to the beach or Marina a little too far at 30mins. Communication was excellent and any questions we had were answered swiftly! We would not hesitate to stay again.

Villa Fedelian is ideal for a large group. There were 9 of us, all adults, three couple and three were single so the single bedded rooms were very handy. The Villa was Very clean and kitchen well stocked. The pool was small but lovely and warm and the pool area very pleasant with a nice little garden. We didn’t have a car so found the distance from Villa to beach and town a good 30 minute walk. Beaches are lovely, and so are the promenade walks. Great market at the marina every Saturday and Wednesday, and Papagayo beaches well worth a visit. We cycled there but you can drive on a very bumpy track. Beautiful. Playa Blanca is a lovely resort, great restaurants and lovely people.

We have just returned from a two week stay in this lovely villa and wow what a holiday it’s been. We were a party of 9 adults and 2 children. From the moment we booked, Fred & Julien were in touch with us, answering any questions we had. From beginning to end they have been the perfect hosts! On arrival they personally greeted us and showed us around the beautiful villa, and again when we left they came to say goodbye. Nothing was too much trouble, they were great! Now onto the villa…. It looks beautiful on the pictures but even more so in person. It was really well equipped, comfortable beds, spacious. The area in which it is located is lovely and quiet but still close enough to the centre. The pool is heated which is a great bonus. For us there was zero negatives, everything was perfect. We cannot wait to return!!

From the moment we first saw the Villa was available and we asked questions of Fred we knew this was the place for our family to enjoy our annual summer getaway. Before we arrived Fred & Julien continually put us at ease when asked questions about the facilities the Villa offered. Nothing was ever too much trouble to ensure that when we arrived we understood exactly what to expect. On arrival Fred and Julien welcomed us personally and showed us around what was a perfectly appointed, very clean and exceptionally well present Villa. Our family unit included my wife, myself, my wife three children age 23,17 & 16, the eldest with boyfriend, my daughter and son in law with their children 6,4 & 1. So a very mixed bunch who all gelled together in the ideal surroundings. On the first evening we were given a comprehensive information booklet which gave us further help in understanding what the Island and area had to offer which was most helpful. Our hosts were absolutely fantastic they always checked we were happy and yet at no time were they ever overbearing. A perfect balance of care and yet privacy. This wonderful Villa is hosted by two lovely people. Very well done chaps you should be very proud. PS please don’t become too popular as we would love to be able to come back soon.
