This beautiful contemporary designed Villa occupies a corner plot with a private heated swimming pool, 2 bedrooms with aircon and is located on the quiet complex Las Buganvillas in Playa Blanca within walking distance of the town centre of Playa Blanca, with all shops, bars, restaurants and promenade. The villa is accessed by a private drive and is situated adjacent to the complex's quiet central gardens. The villa's garden which is completely private (walled) boasts, brick BBQ, terrace, pergola and a planted area.

When you enter Casa Roque, your Holiday can start.
The open living (vaulted) /dining room is adjacent to the luxury kitchen. This spacious has area large windows and 3 sliding doors, allowing a lot of light to enter.
The sliding doors allow you to go out to the terrace with a private pool and sunbeds, a separate lounge area with canopy for a bit of shade and the BBQ.

From the hall you can go to the very spacious bedroom with king size double bed, free aircon and adjoining bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
Or to the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds , free aircon and a bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an American fridge freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar area.

We had an amazing time while staying here. Suzanne was amazing and very easy to get in touch with. The villa looked exactly like it did in the pictures and was immaculate. We would definitely use this again or one in the same area. 15 minute walk into Playa Blanca town centre or 5 euro in a taxi. Shop and restaurant just 5 minutes away with good food. Thanks again

Tried this villa for the first time as our normal one was already booked and we were very impressed. It was spotlessly clean, modern with new furniture and fittings. Suzanne, the property manager, was easy to get hold of, very friendly and efficient. Only thing that disappointed us was the lack of hot water but Suzanne had arranged for a solar engineer to call, although due to high demand this wasn’t until after we left yesterday. Hopefully this will get resolved quickly. We would certainly use the villa again.

Was very peaceful, lovely Villa, well equipped, spotless on arrival and communication with Suzanne was very simple and she answered any queries or questions very quickly and called us to ask if it was convenient before calling in to ensure everything was OK Great place, Great Management and a great time
