Villa F - a stand alone 1bed/1bath with kitchen steps from downtown Palm Springs

1block to downtown, clean,quiet. Just what we needed for a short get away.

Great location if you want to be downtown and close to everything! A/C worked well; kitchen equipped with all the basics.

The host is an outstanding communicator, went out of his way to get info for me regarding local activities. The cottage is clean, well appointed, and in a fabulous, convenient, but quiet location. EZ parking. Comfy bed, great pillows and linens. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon.

Great location - easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. Casita was very clean and the kitchen, though small, had everything we needed. The unit has a nice rustic feel and definitely has its roots in earlier times. Nice size for 2 people; would be tight for more. The air conditioning worked well. Would we stay there again? Definitely.

I just finished a short (3-day/2-night) stay in Villa F. The location could not be better. One block off of Palm Canyon, but the Villa was surprisingly quiet and very enjoyable. The place was clean and well stocked when I arrived. The Villa is nice looking and even though small, it was perfect for me and my dog. The email received right before my trip, had all the information needed to know my way around the Villa. Enjoyed it.

Very comfortable “casita” that could not have a better location- a block from restaurants and stores!

The property is like stepping back in time to when the Rat Pack was roaming the streets of Palm Springs. Each casita is separate and one story. They are located perfectly with the main strip a block away, yet are quiet. They are not fancy but clean and comfortable.

Close to downtown. Very clean. Privacy.

We had 2 adults and 2 dogs in our group. On site parking was easily available, as was street parking. We stayed in Unit F and it was a stand alone building in the back which was great! It looks like a little cabin. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The heater worked great! There are AC units in every room so it would be cool enough in the summer. The coffee was a delicious French vanilla and super tasty! If you have dogs that shed (mine don’t), bring something to clean up their hair. Pets are not allowed on furniture. I brought dog beds with me so it wasn’t a problem. I would probably bring paper products that can easily be tossed next time. There are dishes, but enough for 3-4 people so we did dishes often to have them available for the next time they were needed. The place was very clean, quiet, easy to enter and communication was excellent! It is a 2 block walk to the main drag so we were able to walk everywhere. I look forward to returning here again soon! Perfect for exploring Palm Springs!

You just can't beat the location of this little cabin. Right in the center of the action yet very quiet. The living space is functional and well appointed. Super comfortable bed. Incredible value too. Highly recommend.

The place is super cozy very homie feeling. It has Everything you need. I brought kitchen items and they had everything. Very very clean. Nice and cool inside temp was 124 when we got here. The only downside on the website it looks like the pool is outside the villa private and it’s a community pool. I wanted a pool private. Another guest mentioned the same. The pic on the website looks like it’s on the villa. Other than the that the stay was amazing. I recommend it. Leticia
