Villa Es Refugi is a small paradise of privacy surrounded by idyllic gardens that provide a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The exterior of the villa features an impressive pool, surrounded by beautiful plants that create the perfect space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Around it, a terrace equipped with chairs, loungers and umbrellas invites you to spend long hours in the sun while enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings.



The covered terrace is anotherof the villa's charms. Here you will find a barbecue and a dining table where you can prepare delicious outdoor meals. This area is decorated in a rustic style, in harmony with the local style, and has a space specially designed to enjoy fresh air, read a book or have a pleasant conversation while contemplating the pool in an idyllic setting.



Inside, the villa is characterised by its décor that reflects the essence of rural Mallorca, combining elegance and comfort. The spacious kitchen with dining table is perfect for sharing moments with family or friends, and the three bedrooms, along with the two bathrooms, can accommodate up to six people, providing a comfortable and cosy stay. Air conditioning is available in the rooms during the hottest hours of the day (from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and at night (from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am), which ensures a perfect rest.



Villa Es Refugi is the ideal place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature in a private and exclusive setting.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
