A fantastic modern house on three floors located in one of the most exclusive areas of Porto Cristo with wonderful sea views from almost all the rooms. The house has the latest modern features, air conditioning, WiFi connection and satellite TV.

On the main floor, which we can also access from the lower level via attractive exterior steps, wefind a large living room with sofa and television. From the living room we access two attractive terraces. The main terrace, with views of the harbour at Porto Cristo leads to the prívate pool and barbecue. There is a sheltered terrace with a table which seats 8 people where you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea. The other terrace, which is furnished and situated next to the entrance and south facing, also enjoys lovely views. Next to the dining room there is a small lavatory. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, pans, paella pans, crockery and cutlery. Finally, on this floor we find a double room with King size bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

On the next floor we find the main double bedroom suite, which has walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower and bath and a stupendous furnished terrace with fabulous views. On the same floor there are another two double rooms with en suite bathroom and lovely sea views. On the ground floor of the house there is a large garage with capacity for a number of vehicles, a small lavatory and the laundry.



Externally you will find all you need for your holidays, with a prívate pool at the rear of the house and fantastic views of the sea and sports marina. There is a terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and hammocks.
