Villa Elena

- lake access - pool - SUP , table tennis, kicker - rubbish service - reservations for restaurants - prompt feedback of concierge service - more power plugs - one set of drinking glasses - no opening of front gate without remote control (2) -

The location is absolutely amazing. Direct lake access and the beautiful garden, plus walkable to restaurants, made the holiday for us. The villa itself is huge and comfortable, if a bit dated. Service from Novella excellent, always very quick to respond to my messages. We would come back. Some more lighting in the main living room - another lamp would help. More mugs and crockery. A Bluetooth speaker. Hooks on the back of doors to hang up towels. There needs to be more clear work surface in the main kitchen - there is no space to prepare food for a large group. If all the appliances could be moved (coffee machines, ice maker) to a shelf, that would help. The hob didn’t work very well - only one ring could heat up at a time. The bathrooms are quite dated now and would benefit from refurbishment. But none of these things were a huge problem.

A perfect holiday for our family of 10 including 3 generations. The location, the house, the pool, the service were all outstanding. This rental is by far, the best I have stayed in. Great for a large family with more than enough room. Everything was perfect.

We were a group of 9adults who stayed for a week and only wish it could have been longer! Loved the way the house was large enough that there were different areas where people could chill out on their own if they wanted. The pool was great and the location right on the lake was stunning! We paddle boarded over to rabbit island, walked to the top of a nearby viewpoint and there were a couple of restaurants within walking distance, though I feel you would need a car as the villa is a little far away from food shops. I was a little wary going as when I paid using Revolut, the app was telling me the payment was a scam, but thankfully not! Novella was always contactable and was even helpful when our luggage was lost on the way over. The kitchen and some of the bedrooms were a little older looking than I thought it would be, but the main living areas and the outdoor areas are absolutely stunning! We used the bbq a couple of times too. We would return in a heartbeat! Thanks for a great trip! All we could think of was that it would be nice to have a few blankets/throws so we could be cosy when sitting outside in the late evening. Also, if you could find a way to let Revolut know the transfer payment isn’t a scam, that would be great too! Not sure if you can!

Wir haben mit unserer Großfamilie sehr schöne,erholsame Tage in der Villa verbracht. Das Grundstück, die Lage direkt am See mit Zugang war einfach traumhaft.

Alles :-) Die Klimaanlage hat die ersten 4 Nächte nicht funktioniert. Es kam zwar jeden Tag ein Service-Monteur, aber erst beim 4. Anlauf konnte das Problem behoben werden. Das war insbesondere in den Schlafzimmern mit Kindern sehr ärgerlich. Beim Zugang zum See könnte man die Hecke mehr zurückschneiden. Es ist ein tolles Asset, dass man direkten Seezugang hat, der Weg dahin dürfte ein bisschen breiter sein. Bemerkung Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Ich hatte ursprünglich den Annex auch noch dazu. Dann wäre der Preis ok. - so hatten wir 2 Zimmer und 1 Bad/Küche weniger, der Preis blieb derselbe.

Zum dritten Mal haben wir mit 4 erwachsenen Kindern, 4 Schwiegerkindern und mittlerweile 5 Enkeln eine wunderbare Sommerwoche in der Villa Elena verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, das Haus verfügt über richtig viel Platz, war mal sehr schick, mittlerweile müsste man hie und da Reparaturen durchführen -Bäder! Insgesamt dennoch sehr schön, der Pool ist super gepflegt, ebenso der riesige Garten. Zum See muss man etwas über die Steine kraxeln aber toll, dass man Seezugang hat. Der Empfang durch Novella Battani von Holiday Garda ist kompetent und herzlich und eventuell fehlendes Equipment wird gleich besorgt. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Sommerwoche für die ganze Familie und wir haben bereits fürs nächste Jahr gebucht. Vielen Dank! Spülmaschine erneuern, im Masterbad rinnt Wasser aus dem WC am Boden, Masterbedroom hat kein Mückengitter mehr, Grill zu klein für 15 Leute. Gläser haben wir selbst gekauft und in den Schrank geräumt.

Die Größe und Lage der Villa waren hervorragend. Auch der Pool und Garten waren sehr schön. Die Ausstattung der Villa war ideal. Der Zugang zum See könnte etwas zugehfreundlicher gestaltet werden. Eine Info über die defekte untere Schublade der Spülmaschine vor ab wäre hilfreich gewesen.
