Villa Dulcibella is a splendid villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Dulcibella you will enjoy a wonderful view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Villa Dulcibella is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, wide private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet) and the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 500 meters (1640 feet).
You will reach Villa Dulcibella from the parking area going down a short private walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 30 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Dulcibella. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Villa Dulcibella is situated in an isolated and prominent area on the slopes of a mountain overlooking the bay of Sorrento. When on its terraces, you will be facing a fascinating landscape from above the sea: you will see the picturesque coast and the town of Sorrento below, and the blue of the sea and the sky with the arch of the Gulf of Naples right before your eyes, not mentioning the unmistakable cone-shaped outline of the Vesuvius.


The villa is in a verdant area rich in dense olive tree groves, lemon trees, and lush gardens; among which houses and vacation villas are nestled.


Villa Dulcibella is surrounded by a garden distributed on several levels overlooking the sea and the scenery. The garden is fenced-in and really well taken care of. It is rich is lush flowers and trees, displaying hortensias, roses, cranesbills, olives...


Once you have parked the car, climb down about 10 steps and you will find an area where there is a grass soccer field and a terrace where there are little tables, chairs, and a ping-pong table. A lemon pergola and several pots filled with red cranesbills welcome you to stay and relax...


Another small stone staircase consisting of about 10 steps framed by thick bushes of hortensias lead you to the next floor, where you will find an annex.


If you climb two or three steps down, you will find a spacious area equipped with a wood-fired oven to prepare pizzas, a barbecue, and two big wooden tables with benches. This part of the garden has the shape of a long terrace: you can enjoy yourself in the shade of a beautiful grapevine pergola while feeling the perfume of several bushes of roses. Right in front of you, framed by olive branches, are the sky and the sea.


The main terrace of Villa Dulcibella is still 10 steps further and lower. It stretches in front of the living area. The terrace faces the sun and the sea, and from every angle of the place you can admire the outstanding spectacle offered by the view of Sorrento and the Gulf of Naples.


The swimming-pool is located at one end of this terrace. 
Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with deck chairs and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The pool is open all year round.
Garden 1
The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Garden 2
The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It is partly shaded by perfumed trees and pergolas and by a wood roof. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Ground FloorTerrace 1 with jacuzzi pool
The first terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2 by 2 meters, 6.5 by 6.5 feet) with four seats. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning and by trees. It is equipped with a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs, as well as with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and a swing. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Living Room
The living room is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas, two armchairs and a desk. There is a fireplace made of bricks, that can be used to barbecue. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through four French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
First FloorTerrace 2
The second terrace is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a swing. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Terrace 3
The third terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the first bedroom. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an unobstructed view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the third terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hydromassage shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
