This is a designer house, renovated in spring 2016, right in the Natura 2000 area, WITHOUT annoyance, revealing a breathtaking view of the sea to 900 m and the mountain.
It is 2 steps from the beach of Pinarello (ranked world's 20th best beach according to The Guardian)
It consists of 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet-water.
4 bedrooms are on one level with the landscaped garden; Each boasting a private terrace.
The living room and master bedroom are on the 1st floor.
Large windows overlook the sea and the mountains, like a tree house.
The living room, 1st floor, is through-and thus enjoys beautiful sea and mountain views: 2 windows 5m long, side mount and 1 bay window 5m long x 3m high on the sea. A large terrace complete this living space to enjoy the sea view.
Modern materials and finely crafted give it a cozy atmosphere. The owner chose to design furniture and vintage Italian, French and American.
Some of the furniture was designed by the owner to adapt instead: solid oak table, marble coffee tables Arabescato, bedside marble and stone, Ploum sofas (E and R Bouroullec), chairs Opinion Ciatti. Curtains washed linen for freshness and skin cushions and bedspreads, fur and color for softness.
The kitchen has an oven, microwave oven, 1 induction hob, 2 refrigerators, 1 refrigerator US, 1 wine cellar, two sinks and two dishwashers and full range KitchenAid: toaster, Nespresso, robot, kettle , blender ...
The summer kitchen, protected from the heat by his hard top is fully equipped: gas BBQ Napoleon, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink + small household.
A laundry room with a washer / dryer and sink complete the amenities of the villa.
Finally a great pool to swim or relax: 14mx4m with a small children's pool is protected by an electric shutter.
It is surrounded by long beaches ipe and vegetation to enjoy both the sun and the coolness shrubs.

The villa, fully air conditioned, has 200 m2, a garden of 3500 m2 in the middle of the maquis.
Pinarello beach is reached by a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bicycle, a small path in the middle of the maquis and 4 minutes by car.
The town of St Lucia is a 10 minute drive and Porto Vecchio, 20 minutes.
