Our Stay was so beautiful. The home definitely surpassed our expectations..We had a large group and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom..The Kitchen was fully equipped.. We cooked quite a bit.. And the outdoor barbecue kitchen and dinning was also so nice.. The staff who came to the house was wonderful! I highly recommend this property…

Our family of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) stayed here 5 days over Easter in April 2017! In a word, it was perfect! The home is gorgeous and it is truly beachfront! The layout was wonderful, as were the location of and amenities in the house! The indoor/outdoor living areas were incredible...perfect for Cabo and the location! The children (ages 17-7) loved the game room, pool, hot tub and beach! The property was clean and well maintained and everyone who worked on the property was wonderful to interact with! We would definitely return to this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to family and friends!

Our trip to Cabo was a three generation Easter break vacation with nine adults and seven children ranging in age from fourteen to seven and the villa was just Perfect for us. Owners did a wonderful job of providing fun things for everyone. The house is built so people can be in the shuffleboard , pool room and still feel as if they are with the people lounging at the pool. The beach though not really a swimming beach provided hours of entertainment chasing the waves. All of that said, WARNING to anyone considering using the catering service Matter Of Taste to BWARE!!! We were part of a promotion for a Free chef for a day, which sounded great and was fun. The children loved the fun drinks and activity in the kitchen. They do the shopping and cooking and you pay for the food. Sounds good until you get the food bill which in our case was for breakfast and dinner. No high end seafood or steaks an no alcohol. We were charged over 900.00 for the food. Not what I would consider a good deal! Everyone had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting would love to do a return trip!

WE rented this beautiful house for my daughters bachelorette weekend. Everything was perfect. The house staff was so helpful and attentive. One of the most beautiful houses right on the beach. Master Suite is exquisite! Jessica at Cabo Villas worked with me to restock the house and secure a chefs and plan meals. She is very professional on very efficient. I made several changes and she was able to get everything I wanted down to the smallest detail!! She also lined up transportation for us. Wow it was so easy!!

This house was huge and amazing! We got lost in it at first until we got used to the layout. Everyone had their own private room. The pool was where we spent most of our time. The views from the back were stunning. We had twelve people but out of those 12 there were four couples so it was nice that everyone had a room in a different part of the house. It was kind of hard to drive to town and make the turn around everytime we wanted to go do an activity though. However, we enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home with fantastic views and beach access. We were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and so the house was perfect for us. While it sleeps around 9 comfortably, I would not bring more than 2 families as there are only 2 masters (the primary master is amazing, secondary is ok). Note that two of the bedrooms are downstairs on the ground level. Ok for teenagers to stay down there, but that's about it. WiFi needs major improvement. Range is extremely limited - for example, you can't be outside by the pool on the WiFi or in your bedroom. Speed is disasterously slow - late 90s dial-up speed. If you need to work or stay in-touch with family (skype), I would stay elsewhere as the speed is frustratingly slow.
